star wars seems to be a popular choise, i can see why. heh allthough i wonder what would happen if Jedi's were indoctrinated....then again...can Jedi's be indoctrinated? ugh, this is gonna keep me sleepless

Jedi's already are indoctrinated, it's called the Jedi Order, same goes for the Sith for that matter.

-AE

Well it's a different kind of indoctrination, and it definetly has different results, The Jedi's are not gonna do the reapers bidding for following the Jedi code

I don't see why Jedi wouldn't be able to be indoctrinated. Lots of em turn to the dark side all the time. The point is moot though, as Star Wars technology would absolutely ravage Reaper technology any day of the week.

So Harby you think your  Mr. Big stuff... okay..

oh yes  and the Battle Frontier  from Macross Frontier(50 years post the original series)   in true  enormous mech style that is a big ass beam canon... lets see how the   Reaper Shields hold up now.

Is that scafolding on the back of his neck???

No,  its  communcition and sensor arrays...   Macross models their fortress designs off of modren aircraft carriers  and the space craft are modeled from modren jet fighters.  Its main a mainstay of the art style of the show for  30 plus years.

I think Eve online has been mentioned but I‘m going to bring it up again.

The technology in Eve is very varied and versatile as well as powerful. Weapons range from lasers and plasma to rail guns and missiles; shields and armour can be enhances to resist certain damage types(like thermal and kinetic from Reaper beams) as well as repaired on the go; and they also have powerful electronic warfare capabilities including weapons able to slow down ships and drain their energy.

Another advantage is also the number and sheer size of the ships available. For an example watch this:

And then for a comparison of those ship sizes watch this:

Those Titans (the really big ships) can equip doomsday weapons which are extremely powerful (though less so than they used to be): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JW153XwWl28&feature=related

That is just a small portion of the Amarrian fleet, one of four main empires in Eve. Though that’s not including the Jove empire. The Jove may be few in number but their vastly superior technology more than makes up for it. Look at what one shot from their capital ships can do:

That ship is about the size of a Reaper capital btw.

my picks for mot destroying the galaxy after killing the reapers would be
the Doctor, for reasons already stated
if he's busy, then all we need is a lot of F302s (SG-1/Atlantis), hook one up to an asteroid filled with naquadria, jump it into the inside of the reaper ships and the resulting explosion would wipe out that reaper, probably more than one. because reapers are shielded on the OUTSIDE not on the INSIDE. reapers wouldn''t be able to stop that kind of slaughter. although, it might be a bad idea to use naquadria 'roids, normal ones would work too, just less of a giant, planet-shattering explosion afterwards. i'd use the alterans to fight the ground wars. not much a banshee can do when it picks up a replicator and stabs her arm through it only to get her face ripped off, then onto the next baddy to kill. and if they do manage to kill an alteran, it just downloads into a new body like the geth, but with nearly unstopable bodies.

Eve online ships would work too. cloaky stealth bombers drop bombs to wipe the reaper fighters, dreadnaughts in siege mode to work on the capital ships, motherships and carriers in triage mode for rep's plus fighters to wreck destroyer/cruiser reapers, titans to doomsday anything left over.

OMG how I hate her. She can destroy giant Battlecruisers just like that.
I really hated the last mission of Starcraft 2 because of her and her army murdering rampages.

Tribbles, just Tribbles, they could take down thr reapers. I mean if small furballs can become a hated enemy of the klingon empire, they should have no trouble p***ing off the reapers.

If limited to one choice from one universe I'm happy enough to go with the Doctor. Someone else might get it wrong :)

The Tau Empire!
Also from Blue Harvest we could deploy Meg as giant space worm, I mean who'd want to invade anything where Meg is? She's the worst.

Freespace. If I'm allowed to recruit the villains I'd pick the Shivans, since they are essentially the Reapers right down to periodic galactic genocide and showing up to gun fights with giant red laser beams.

Even the GTVA would be fairly effective, since they adapted beam technology from their enemies after fighting them, and unlike the Thanix in ME3 they acutally decide to use them in space battles instead of presumably keeping them in a space closet.
