Well if you fight in an alternative dimension of which the enemy has full control over, such a size certainly comes in handy, especially since the enemy can harness all the energyin the alternative dimension and basically grow to the same size as Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

See here how having the size of 10 million light years across can be quite practical.

Transformers Prime - its the new series the airs on the HUB  and  its good . Just to make the  HUB  even more awesome they run the original   Tranformers G1  late night  along with G.I Joe

Now I wish I lived in the USA or recieved HUB in my country. :(

Anyway, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann would totally ROFLstomp the Reapers to oblivion, along with the entire Milky Way if Simon & co. aren't careful. :pinched:

Simon: "Don't underestimate us! Whether it be indoctrination, huskification or reaperfication, they mean nothing to us. We will pierce the path and methods you have chosen! That's is who we are; The Dai Gurren Brigade!

Nia: "Even if we were to be enslaved by the extinction cycle of the Reapers..."

Yoko: "...the information that is left behind will open the door!"

Leeron: "Even if the infinite universe were to go against us..."

Viral: "...our burning blood will cut through fate!"

Simon: "We will break through the cycle of extinction!"

Everyone: "We will show you our path through force!"

Simon: Tengen Toppa, Gurren Lagann!

Everyone: "WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK WE ARE REAPER SCUM!?!?!?"

Grunt: Heh... I like these guys... so where can I get one of those.
Garrus: *looking at Yoko* <3:wub:

I found this by the way, not long after beating Mass Effect 3 and searching for answers on those ****ty endings on the internet. It's quite hilarious. :wizard:

Now condersing this final bout is not taking place on the very different plane of existence and they are fighting a being the makes Soveriegn and  The Emporer look like Telatubbies.
"A Super Spiral Universe, where thought is given form."

This series was not  built around what is "Pratical" its built  a complete different premise... nor is it very hard sci-fi.

Of course if want come down whats more pratical... I could bring in a  about 20 Macross Quater  Variable Assualt Space Carriers  and squardan of  the top 10 Gundams and have the entire Reaper war wrapped up by dinner.

Because when it comes to in terms of  fire power... the  Reapers are not packing much at all.

If you want to go with Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, go with Super Tengen
Toppa Gurren Lagann. It is a bit bigger than the normal one. Posted Image
This one is about 100 times bigger. So that would make it 1 billion light years. But according to the offical guide book from GAINAX it is 52.8 billion light years tall. So that makes it more than 1/3 of the universe. I want to see the Cataslyst's face when he sees it. (with his drill he is 10 times bigger, so it's drill is larger than the universe.)

But it is so big it just would crush our entire galaxy trying to crush the reapers.

BTW, is there anything larger in any sci-fi universe?

Transformers XD Shepard would become a half-transformers with Allspark help and the autobots would help to defeat the Reapers. Oh, and Megatron wouldn't allow some Reapers to conquer the world. It's his!

Ghostbusters to take care of that annoying ghost on the citadel and The Battlefleet solar from WH40K universe to deal with the reapers and xenos/heretics/mutants.

And so begins the age of strife...

does the Marvel universe count? Most of their cosmic level heroes/villains would probably mop the floor with the reapers lol

Oooooh, Umbrella vs the Reapers.......interesting....

I was going to say Alice! But anyway, obvious choice is Bella Swan from Twilight! She can drown the Reapers in her sorrows. That's when we attack!

kind person, i intend no rudeness by saying this but. that... if i interpret you right... is a sad, sad and insulting attempt at referencing resident evil. even ashley graham would've made for a better mention than some character that does not exist in the capcom universe.

with that said, as an avid RE fan, my vote goes to either pyramid head or cloverfield. or you know, wesker.

The fleet of super star destroyers I built in Star Wars: EAW
Now if only they would listen to my commands instead of flying in circles, but that's still an improvement over whatever commanders the alliance has.

Master Chief, Sergeant Johnson, The Arbiter, Lt. Colonel John Sheppard and his team from Stargate Atlantis, and General Jack O'Neill and SG-1 from Stargate SG-1 for people.

The White Star fleet from Babylon 5. White Star is my favourite starship :)

Their blatster cannons should have no problem with Reaper kinetic barriers and White Stars are really fast.

Plus... if a White Star opens a jump gate and another White Star opens a new jumpgate inside the old one... >>> really big explosion happens which is good enough to kill Reaper ships. And White Stars are quick enough to outrun the blast.

As the title suggests, if you could bring help from any sci-fi universe to battle the Reapers, wich universe would you pick? and why?

Personally, i'd go with Warhammer 40k. Cuz the mental image of Space Marines roflstomping husks is just too good to pass up.

the point of this thread apart from just lulz: The Reapers are declared unbeatable by conventional means, atleast by us in our cycle. So what other sci-fi universe would you bring in to beat em conventionally?

Gurren Lagann. Because nothing beats Spiral Power.

If they are actually made to be helpful, Daleks. Only because I love those retro genocidal trashcans far more than I should.

If they aren't made to be helpful, then probably the UNSC. Spartans, ODSTs, Spartan Lazers and MAC cannons would at least give us an edge. Perhaps enough of an edge to get success without the Crucible... then we could use the materials and resources we poured into the Crucible and use them to build more warships. Lots and lots of really powerful warships, using the most efficient designs from each military involved. It would be like hundreds of improved Normandies with giant asari-ship guns, Geth plasma weaponry, and MAC guns.

I'd bring in the X-Men. The original 11: Beast, Dr. Grey/Dark Phoenix, Prof. X, Cyclops, ArchAngel, Wolverine, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Storm, Havok, and ice man (technically part of the 2nd gen) had all the well roundeness to give Shepard an unstoppable army.

If you add in 3rd gen characters like Rogue, Gambit and Bishop you're looking at a team of 15 that could easily demolish a reaper force with little difficulty.

Beast - Genius, would work good with EDI in finding reaper weaknesses
Jean Grey - Phoenix mode for her made her a challenge for most of the Marvel universe
Prof X - would be useful in working with the Asari since they already have a form of telepathy. Coordinating attacks on thesia would be a breeze.
Cyclops - Laser eyeballs, duh!
Arch Angel - could provide extraction or distraction of Harvesters
Wolverine - reapers, geth, cerberus? They're all metal and his claws love ripping open metal. Oh and he can't die really either.
Colossus - the strongest mutant in the marvel universe (equal to that of Hulk), whats not to like?
Nightcrawler - teleportation, thats definitely a trick the Reapers can't do or compensate for really.
Storm - fog cover, mudslides from rain, all kinds of interference. Oh and cerberus still die from lightning.
Havok - lasers from his chest, duh!
Ice Man - literally, living breathing cryo ammo. And can chill a beer for Tali later on.
Rogue - can literally absorb other mutants powers, probably works on husks since they are mutated as well
Gambit - can make any object into a grenade, since geth aren't living creatures, can you imagine him charging a Prime...or an entire Reaper Capital ship with energy??
Bishop - can absorb kinetic energy and store it and shoot it later, Gambit and him should swing dance sometime, thusly.
