I would go with Mandalorians from sw

Why? The moment a Jedi Revan looks seriously in their way they are done for. And no, Traviss´ Sues don´t count.

Fixed that for you

sigh, now I have nostalgy for the times Drew knew how to write

this guy, size of a planet and able to produce an army of robots, so long as a sentient gas cloud doesnt have any intentions of ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL

Niiice, I was going to say the Doctor but Mata Nui is definitely better.

Ground forces would have to come from the book, Armor.   Those guys would trash the ground forces.

Space, I'll be boring and go with Star Wars' Imperial Fleet.

Perry Rhodan is the best choice for sure.

1- One AUXILIAR ship of a Battlesphere ship would be enough to WIPE OUT THE MASS EFFECT UNIVERSE. And i mean ALL reaces together, including the reapers.

2- Imunity to Indoctrination

3- A ship commanded by Perry RHodan ad his crew. Possibly the most inteligent Human in sci fi titles.

4- Can wipe out the reapers FAST and with minimum collateral dmg.

5- Conventional victory easily achieved. No need for the cruciable.

Before listing any fleets/etc, replace Admiral Hackett with Grand Admiral Thrawn.

Then:
Space: the Imperial Fleet from Star Wars, with the 2nd Death Star and Sun Crusher available.
the Star Forge (Kotor1)
Gundams
The Covenant under the direction of the Elites instead of the Prophets.

Ground:
Gundams
Covenant forces led by Elites
Spartan IIs
COGS from Gears of War

That's actually all you'd need for Conventional Victory.

My money is still on Warhammer 40k. But StarWars is starting to seem like a better and better idea by the post.

Gee, why would you choose an inferior force? With the 40k Imperial Navy you get to say: "Wait, what? Those are their capital ships? AHAHAHAHAHAHA! - wipes off tears - Yeah, ok. No point in wasting good ammo. We'll just sit back and let our light cruisers do the job. Captain, I believe it's tea time", plus you can show the reapers how PROFESSIONALS do ramming speed (pity that Sovereign is dead).

For this, only one thing would help: the crew from Red Dwarf (hologram clones are cheap and easy ask Rimmer)... originally I would of said Doctor Who, but he just can't afford to waste regen cycles on bringing a Gallifrey ME3 back to life.

If you bring in The Doctor, it would have to be the right one. Nine, Ten, or Eleven could handle the Reapers no problem, Seven (Sylvester McCoy) He was getting pretty manipulative toward the end of his tenure.  I would not have been surprised if he was scamming both the Reapers and Cerberus for his own agenda.

Of course, Four (Tom Baker) would have had easiest time of it, but then for me at least he will always be The best Doctor

The Necrons from 40k. They could teach the Reapers a thing or two about being genocidal killer robots.

The Freeman and Adam Jensen with the aid of Shep, Tali, and Garrus we'd have this war wrapped up in a week.

My goodness.  Gordan Freeman alone would crowbar the Reapers to death, don't even need Shepard. :P

The Halo rings seem like they would be a good weapon to have, also the fervor created by Muad'dib from Dune seems like it would be handy for the galaxies populace. A portal gun would be handy too.

I'll stick with my first choice.

When I think of Ardala after I saw this, she was not so lovely anymore but instead the face just creeps me out.

Wilma on the other hand remains so.

The reason that SW is startin to look like a better idea to me than 40k is that while 40k definetly is more powerful...think of the collateral damage....ouch! x)

Not to mention that everyone in the galaxy would be branded as heretics and xenos afterwards :P that cleansing would make the reaper cycle look like a kindergarden fight
