I'd bring all of the Imperial Navy of 40k. other than that Chuck Norris is the ultimate answer. Damn If Chuck Norris was there the starchild would have had only one choice destroy "only the reapers".

In terms of game universes, I'd bring in assets from the Halo universe.  When you think about it, the civilizations of Halo are the complete opposite, if not superior military-wise and technology-wise in comparison to the civiliations of the Mass Effect universe.

Unlike Mass Effect's Humanity (and the other races by extention), the humans of Halo did not settle for one form of technology and fall into the stagnated trap that the Citadel races did.  The Halo humans developed very advanced technology by THEMSELVES with barely any imput from Forerunner technology, managing to build slip-space drives and massive ships.  Halo's civilization experimented, implemented, improved, and took RISKS.  Unlike Mass Effect's humanity and the Citadel Council, the humans of Halo did not let superstition justify their desicions, they LEARNED and IMPROVED, not shove aside and lable everything considered "dangerous" as illigal and/or need to be terminated (i.e. Artificial Intelligence).  By comparison, the Citadel races & ME humanity are very technologically inept due to the fact that they did NOT implement and experiment with their own technlogy at all, only copied and reused what was already laid out with barely any innovation.  This technological and moral stagnation is also the reason why the Citadel pales as a military power.  Now one could argue that the Covenant in Halo did the same mistake as the Citadel, since they based their technology heavily on that of the Forerunners.  On the flipside however, the Covenant built their fleets, ships, and vehicles en masse, so the sheer size of their combined military is more than enough to compensate this weakness.

The Citadel races's are also doomed not just technologically, but militarily, morally and logistically as well.  Unlike the UNSC and Covenant from Halo, the Citadel Council placed heavy restrictions on research & development, starship size & power and overall military size & might.  Compare the sizes of the ships and fleets of Mass Effect in comparison to Halo and you'll see a HUGE difference. The largest dreadnoughts in Mass Effect (Reapers included) are BARELY a kilometer long, whereas the largest battlecruisers in Halo can go over TWENTY-FIVE kilometers long.  Arguments to the restrictive fleet and starship sizes in ME are one of two things, politics/morality and technology.  One could argue that the limits of mass effect based technology and the somewhat limited use of element zero is the reason for why ME ships are small in comparison, however that's far from the truth.  The races of Mass Effect are CLEARLY CAPABLE of innovating with the tech they have (Thanix Cannon for example).  The problem?  9 times out of 10 they DON'T.  Halo humanity, while it took longer, stll developed tech that ensured efficient and innovative design work due to their developent of nuclear fusion and hydrogen energy based technology.  The limitations of the Citadel's military (and ME humanity) is caused further by the politcs and morals of their leaders.  The Citadel Council suffers GREATLY due to a "holier than thou" attitude that diplomancy answers everything, that they're "right" about everything and that their word of law applies to everyone even if there are species that live OUTSIDE their jurisdiction, and that even the SLIGHTEST increase in military size will "upset" someone the next star system over.  As the Reapers are any indication, "diplomacy" and shrinking your military to a bare minimum in comparison to a force that out guns you in EVERY way possible that's hellbent on killing you won't work.  The humans of Halo, while weaker than the Covenant, still put up a fight 30 YEARS STRAIGHT due to a large competent military and preparation.  And unlike the ME militaries, the UNSC NEVER leaves their worlds undefended.  They consistantly make sure to have at least a few armed space stations and ships in orbit for defence with a main fleet nearby.  Another problem with the Citadel militaries (humans being an exception) is that they don't think outside of the box in regards to military operations.  Halo has several examples where unorthodox tactics have done damage, in some cases entire FLEETS worth of damage, such as that of Admiral Preston Cole, who tricked an entire Covenant fleet into following him into a gas giant, only to get wiped out when Cole launched nuclear weapons into the planet to fastforward the explosive creation of a star.

It's due to the no-nonsense and innovativeness of the Halo universe where I'd go to get the better assets to fight the Reapers.  The UNSC and Covenant simply have a better handling of creating and innovating technology and a better understanding of military tactifulness than 3/4ths of the ME Citadel government combined with their tried and true implementation of functional and free thinking A.I.s and superior technology, weaponry, tactics and ways of thinking.

The universe: Star Trek. The help: Q.

Reapers wouldn't stand a chance. They may survive the encounter but who knows where they'll be, or what they'll be.

Zeratul, hands down. Could've solved all the problems in ME1 just by sending a dark templar after Saren. Added irony for having the same VA :D

Or the Harlequin from Warhammer 40k. Reapers ain't nothing to folks who dance on the edge of Chaos.

Combined forces of EVE Online. That's like 600k spaceships and half of them are probably same size or much bigger than reapers (and yes size matters).
