Vorlons, but make sure you lure the reapers away. Vorlons have no problem blowing up a planet for the greater good.

Barring them, The Borg. But they might end up getting huskified or their nano probes reprogramed, since they are essentially the same thing. It would end up being a war of the nanotech.

No thank you!  Erasing the reapers from all of history would mean that every civilization that came before would still exist.  Including the Dinosaurs - no way humans would have evolved.
