Before anyone poo-poo's my idea as disgusting or a bit troll-like, hear me out! :-)
Romancing a Krogan could be an interesting dilemma for Femshep, it could also be a good piece of story. We all know that the Krogan have the Genophage, and depending on your choices in ME3 - that either gets cured or not.
Imagine if you cured it, the worry that this particular Krogan could have, regarding any future with Femshep, with whether he will be infertile still, or if it'll work out.
If she did sabotage the cure, you could have a scene where he discovers what she has done and confronts her about it, but due to his affection for her, he is torn on what to do, or something similar. You could even have a scene where he tries to blood-rage her, but she has to either kill him, or put him down, much like with Wrex if you kept him alive.
This would also be a good opportunity to show the male Krogan as being something more than war-mongering brutes. We've seen a Krogan show emotion and feeling towards a woman before (Charr) and there is no reason it could not be done with Femshep.
It produces some interesting story ideas, any thoughts?
