 Most likely been asked before but I don't really care. Now that you can't get rare character cards that you've maxed what happens once you have all rare weps/characters/gear bonuses.

Is the chance for ultra rares a lot higher or do you just get 5 blues/silvers from spectre/premium spectre packs?

LV 4 equipment is total and utter win.
At least million times better then 99k for 2 character cards.

To poster above me, equipment cant be maxed, thats why they can replace character cards.

99k = 5 random consumable, 2 uncommon equipment, 2 rare equipment

to answer your question.. yes your chances for getting URs are better after maxing out characters, rare weapons, and gear bonuses. better than if you hadn't maxed them out

Isn't it capped at 255 like consumables?  Of course, if you've got 255 of each level IV equipment, you'll have long since maxed your URs.

No it's capped like concumables used to be, 255 is the largest that the system "remember" but you can still get more then that it just resets to 255 next time you restart.
