By Catalyst logic should Geths completly eradicated their creators and than all organics but they have no desire in genocide and war, they have only desire in self-preservation.

The geth did rebel ageins their creators. They just did do it with out a baseless reason. The creators were at fault. Many rebelon happen because the person in charge was infault. It dosn't stop it from being a rebelion.

Added, the catalyst logic is not the the synthetics will rebel just because. It will happen because of verious faults of both sides.

The Catalyst himself explicitly calls the Reapers "synthetic", not hybrids. Talk to him about it.

Also, virtual "intelligence".

Yes, virtual as opposed to a true AI, every single instance of which turns on its creators in ME.  The authors contradict themselves innumerable times; take your pick I guess, but they are plain that the DNA goo filling the Reapers somehow informs their consciousness, which makes them not simply an AI.

Nowhere at all in any point of the story is it EVER said that the mix-match of biomass inside each Reaper has anything at all to do with their personality.

Evolution is a theory, but it is fact, proven, 100%. 

Learn the different conotations of the word theory in context.

No, it means based on you eyes, blue is still blue. What if there is a being with a completly different color spectum with there eyes ands see blue as black. You not getting that what you see does not mean what everyone sees. And event cn happen and people have have serveral differentconcept of what happened. Just look at our race, we have several different moralities and conflict of the world. You simply looking at the world in a too denotative perspective. Black is no always black nor white is always white. I some on with a different color spectrum then we do comes up. they would see that black as a different color.

But that is how sciences is. Physics is generally just intellgent guess on how the universe works using our limited perpective and understanding of it.
We don't know everything. We really can't just say anything is truely an absolute. Science is an ever changing animal that retest it's self over and over again.

Based on defects in your eyes, you're brain tells you things that are false. You are the thing that is broken, blue light is still blue light. You would, effectively, be wrong in saying it's red.
