So, I was at the appollo's cafe on the citadel and I pressed W in front of the counter and I got to the other side of the counter. Now I can't get back! Take a look at my screenshots. I'm reloading my game but this totally sucks!

Alright I fixed it with the Gibbed save editor. Increased the Y coordinate by 300. Do that if you come across the same situation.
