Interesting. Perhaps it ignores armor damage reduction like the Geth Plasma Shotty and Graal? Maybe it even gets a bonus modifier like the Reegar does against shields?
Also seems like the only worthwhile mods are Magazine Capacity and Barrel Extension... assuming it ignores armor DR, if not then Mag+AP.
I imagine a Human Soldier will likely be the best class for using this weapon, as adrenaline rush should perfectly synergize with the weapon. Fire one full clip WITHOUT using AR, then use AR immediately to cancel reload and fire a high damage burst. Unlimited ammo should allow you to carry it as your only weapon, especially assuming its as good against armor as OneTrueShot says.
I do feel like it'll be a gun that is only really viable on a few classes due to the weight restrictions and high exposure time when firing.

In single player AR did NOT reload it as far as I remember. Also I think it can benefit from AP, not 100% certain about that though. Has 0 Recoil and like >0.1 aim error so it is the most accurate gun in the game by far (assuming they used SP stats)

Trying it on a weapon damage specced Geth Infiltrator, not massively impressed. Doesn't synergize as well as -I'D- like. Probably better on Turian Soldier or Human Soldier.

I unlocked it after spending 1.9 millions (wow my consumables are maxed now xD) It seems like a decent one (not best) but a good one, after running a lobby with three people using it. I think with human soldier it will do wonders. Will report after 25/30 minutes to see how is holding up with human soldier.

If it makes anyone feel better, I cannot think of anyone outside of Soldiers that this will be a feasible weapon on. MAYBE on a No-Cooldown Sentinel (IE: Krogan)
