FYI, I almost never kick. If someone shows up on gold with an N7 of 17 I politely let him know he is not ready. If they have at least a level 20, and decent weapons, and are willing to load up on equipment, I give them the benefit of the doubt. sometimes I am wrong and have to carry them..and sometimes they do great.. and sometimes it just does not work, but its just a game.
Sometimes an N7 Rating doesnt mean anything. That N7 Rating of 171 may be because he refuses to promote and play with level 20's all the time. I have a friend that refuses to promote. You can, most of the time, tell how long a person has been playing with the type/level of weapons he/she has. Someone with a true N7 rating that promtes the character all of the time will more than likely playing with a preditor/shuerkin/mantis at low levels 3-4.
This is not 100% all of the time, but it works out that way a lot.
Just passed 800 today and rolling full rares.
I never really care about other people's N7 anyways. Superficial assumptioms are dumb. Though bad weapons and low levels aren't things to pass over, I don't really care unless it is a non-FBWG Gold match.
