I was only able to contribute one full extraction. I would have done more but I was gone most of the weekend.

We should still get the commendation pack.

wont be grinding for a squad goal again, get the challenge up on screen on ps3 aswell.

I, for one enjoyed the event. My team achieved the Squad Goal in 3 tries. Afterwards, we did speed runs on bronze to contribute to the Allied Goal, always extracting with a full squad. Admiral Hackett made it quite clear what the Allied Goal was: Extract 400,000 SQUADS. Squads = all members, so it was clear that a full extraction was needed on any difficulty against the reapers for the allied goal. Even though it failed, it was still fun and I'm looking forward to the next operation.

who cares. Its just a diagnostic for BW to get a grip of how many players they still can get to play the game. It's just a data collection tool. I'm sure they are finding that less people are playing the game. The best way for them to find the high water mark is to add some kind of incentive. They could at least humor us with saying that we succeeded. BUT if we always win we will get spoiled. Like letting your kid beat you in candy land all the time.

I only recently got my multiplayer working and this was my first operation. That it failed bums me out a little because I spent a lot of time playing. I also would like to add my voice to asking for the final figures.
I only have a level of 270, and will be the first to admit I'm SOOOO not ready to play on Gold. But I really wanted to try for the squad goal.

I got kicked off a squad only once. The rest of the teams gave me a chance and had my back even though my skill was nowhere near the other players. For me that makes this the greatest mp community I have ever been a part of and why it doesn't matter that the final verdict is failed. I got a bunch of experience, some cool equipment from the packs and I am finally comfortable playing on silver now because this operation forced me out of my comfort zone and at least attempt the odd gold mission.

Also I think we failed because bioware failed to mention only full extraction matters and second of all many players turn to morons in 11 wave shooting missles everywhere, and running helplessly or standing on extraction zone hoping to not get overrun in 2 mins, guess what you do. So thats why you MOVE to other sector of the map and RUN to extraction zone when there is ~30 sec on the counter

I see your concern, and I am too a bit disappointed about unclear objectives and dates, but as long as you had fun playing, you didn't waste your weekend!

I kinda feel like we got screwed over by the times set for this operation. More people can play throughout the day on sunday than they can on friday. So cutting pretty much the whole day on Sunday drastically effects how many people can play.

Well, I played literally all weekend and tried my best with really crappy randoms. I am disappointed. I put a lot of time in.

Shame on you clowns who still don't know how to play this game after it's been out for 4 months.

Wave 11? Let's run to the extraction right away! Banshee? I think I'll charge or lash it while its close because it cannot grab me. Look at me I'm an itty bitty  Quarian with little health/shields but I still won't move when a Brute is about to charge the extraction area with a few seconds left so I'll let it kill me, etc. etc. etc.

All the asinine and brainless things people can do wrong, did.......and that's why we failed this event.

That is cool of you, but all in all you're also just making up excuses... blaming others for not meeting the goal. Maybe there are a lot of players that lag your gaming skills and many might have a different time management... things like wives/husbands or kids - even work - takes a lot of time of other peoples lives, you know.

But it's quite definite that you, Sir, lag a lot of social skills... maybe train those next weekend, when there's no operation going on... :innocent:

Nowhere did I 'make up excuses', nor were the few examples I metioned made up in my post. I'm talking about people who were playing durig the event, not people who weren't so your point is invalid, but thanks for sharing. It's not my problem people who play during operation weekends are idiots. I'm not a mp god, but common sense seems to be lacking completely during said events.
