And by escort missions we mean kill Banshees.
And by Banshees we mean Geth Primes.
So that's 200 000 Geth Primes, everyone got it?

There's a good chance you will contribute/get your commendation pack just by simply playing.

Oh >what foul they should have put full extraction on the firts post what load of BS
This implies to me that people could have gotten full extraction and chose not to because the original post wasn't "specific enough".

If you're under the impression that a partial is sufficient you aren't going to waste a medigel 10 seconds before extraction if your teammates are otherwise fine. Why waste a medigel if you think one person extracting is going to be sufficient? One medigel isn't worth an extra 10k experience when experience is useless. It 'is' worth using to finish a full extraction if an event calls for a full extraction.
Distinctions and specificity are important.

And hear servers had a little trouble so hopefully they didn't loose data at-least according to some posts.

True, but if you weren't clear in the first place, wouldn't it better to err on the side of caution? I say "lesson learned" and wonder if we get any type Operation: Silencer-style backlash...

The trouble is that you don't know something was unclear until it's been corrected. People were convinced any kind of extraction was sufficient. Mind you, most people don't bother getting extraction at all - I know I don't like spending the extra two minutes if I'm just farming credits.
A backlash is possible, but I suppose we'll need to wait two weeks to see what we can expect.

I believe that it would only be proper for you to demonstrate your disappointment at the outcome of Broadside by increasing your force's medigel capacity by a single unit. Medigel capacity would be seen as a badge of failure. For in truth, what soldier wants to be seen as weak by their commanding officer?
It would be a masterful stroke, inspiring your soldiers to reflect upon how their personal weaknesses contributed to this failure, while simultaneously preparing them for the more significant offensives to come. An example needs to be made, and that example, I think you will agree, is best made through an increase in medigel capacity.

And you're calling those people that might not have the skill, but were somewhat 'forced' to try gold, idiots. I had a hard time reaching the goal because of players like that, but I don't blame them for trying (not that I didn't swear in silence)... something you (and others) do.Offender_Mullet wrote...
Nowhere did I 'make up excuses', nor were the few examples I metioned made up in my post. I'm talking about people who were playing durig the event, not people who weren't so your point is invalid, but thanks for sharing. It's not my problem people who play during operation weekends are idiots. I'm not a mp god, but common sense seems to be lacking completely during said events.SeeNoEvilHearNoEvil wrote...
That is cool of you, but all in all you're also just making up excuses... blaming others for not meeting the goal. Maybe there are a lot of players that lag your gaming skills and many might have a different time management... things like wives/husbands or kids - even work - takes a lot of time of other peoples lives, you know.Offender_Mullet wrote...
Well, I played literally all weekend and tried my best with really crappy randoms. I am disappointed. I put a lot of time in.
Shame on you clowns who still don't know how to play this game after it's been out for 4 months.
Wave 11? Let's run to the extraction right away! Banshee? I think I'll charge or lash it while its close because it cannot grab me. Look at me I'm an itty bitty Quarian with little health/shields but I still won't move when a Brute is about to charge the extraction area with a few seconds left so I'll let it kill me, etc. etc. etc.
All the asinine and brainless things people can do wrong, did.......and that's why we failed this event.
But it's quite definite that you, Sir, lag a lot of social skills... maybe train those next weekend, when there's no operation going on... :innocent:
Whatsoever... playing MP on operation weekends, trying to achieve the goal, always means to try to stand as a team... carrying the weaker soldiers, being carried by the stronger soldiers. I need help a lot on gold, but I also help a lot... that's where we probably won't come together. You're not a MP god, but you are (of course) not one of those idiots to some, that others are to you... I get it.

I was so comfortable playing Silver, sigh.
Anyway, I only managed five full extractions on bronze and silver, since I spend so much on finally achieving gold.

I wish that Bioware would improve their communication since updating/correcting their mistakes via twitter is not enough considering that the millions of players only use the in-game information as a basis for what the individual/squad and community goal is for an event. Sure, you can say I am being overly critical but, as I have noted, this trend continues to occur because of a lack of effort on Bioware's part to clarify the event goals properly. Never once was full extraction mentioned in-game for this event.

I still find it hilarious that Bioware continues to post mis-information to the public. This was not the first, second or even third time that Bioware failed to inform the community of the apporpriate goal. Worse yet, they (Bioware) invented the terminology of 'full extration' and 'lone survivor' yet seem incapable of using it correctly. "Squad extracts" is never once used in Mass Effect 3 multiplayer. The only thing failed about this event are Bioware's communication skills.

I agree, its sort of like a judge substituting words like "thingy", "whatchamacallit", and "sorta" when they should be using legal terms
