The most crappiest of all weapons is level 4 while my Valiant is still level 1.

Verify you have data tracking enabled per the first question in this FAQ: in the game, go to Options -> Online -> Upload Gameplay Feedback, and make sure it is “ON”.  If it was “OFF” during the challenge period, you will not be able to receive the unlocks.

damn... thats the reason why i dont get a pack. i disabled it months ago -.-

Just had a chat with customer service regarding not getting my commendation pack. The rep said there was some sort of technical issue and that I'd have to ask again in 48 more hours. Did anyone else get that response from them today?

Yes,others have been told the same thing.In general,you need to wait at least 24h (if they are in a good mode or if you postrate yourself) but usually 2 days before they are willing to do anything about it.Anything less than a day is absolutely a no go.Try waiting a week and contacting them again,you will be in for a surprise

edit... that's not right, i can check my mp progress, rankings, unlocks etc on that mp manifest thing, how does that work?...

I'm convinced I'm gonna have to get the crusader to 10 before I get a valiant

My conscience forces me to advise you not to wait that long.Anything longer than a week and you will not be able to get the pack even if support wishes to help you....reason being that they have a limited timeframe to hand them out.Many have reported being turned away by support when they contacted more than a week later.

I was sort of afraid of that. I'll contact support again right before I leave and let them know my situation. Hopefully, that will be sufficient. Otherwise, I will have to decide if a shot at a Valiant is worth finding an internet cafe. It probably will be. That also probably means if I manage to sort this out, I will get the Eagle or Crusader.

Then I can consider myself lucky, but I have a bad feeling that I wil get Eagle 10 faster than Valiant 2.

If we failed... Only one, the commendation pack for the participation...

Sorry, I made a mistake.. We failed, so no victory pack in any case... And we get the commendation pack ONLY for a partial/full extraction on gold with reapers (not just because of the participation)

eagle 1 for me. didn't even realise i beat the objective. I thought it had to be reapers. pretty sure i only extracted cerberus and geth. Not complaining. Wait, ****. I got an eagle. I am complaining.
