I'll do a few Bronze reapers matches to contribute to community goal, then go back to beating up cerberus and Geth on Silver to earn credits towards DLC.

What's the over/under for Rocket glitch threads? I can see rocket glitchers coming out en masse to earn a commendation pack given the requirements.

Possibly a stupid question: if I join an ongoing Reaper/gold match (eg. I get dropped into wave 4 and last until extraction), does it still count as squad goal even if I did not make the full 1->11 waves?

Probably not.

In the previous operation, it did not count. So I guess you will have to be there from wave 1 to wave 11.

Eh, Gold Reaper ain't that bad. You just have to make sure you bring powerful weapons* to deal with the Banshees and also watch out for the Ravagers.

*Claymore, Widow, Saber, the usual pistols and whatnot

Um, play ME3 on PS3? You don't officially opt into an operation or anything, you just play the game during that timeframe. You extract on Reapers/Gold during the operation timeframe, then you'll be receiving a commendation pack next week. The whole community manages to meet the community goal while playing during that timeframe, then we all receive victory packs next week as well.

Gonna have to get some of my friends together to get that Squad goal, but it's doable. I'll probably then play the rest of the weekend on Silver Reapers, with the odd Gold match here and there.

Looks like I'll be hidding out on Bronze or Silver then! But helping the communite out.

My few trips to Gold don't end well, kicks and KIA, have only managed 2 full extractions and a part extraction and all of them was on FBWG farming (not my proudest moments), but the only way to getting an Commendation Pack. 

Have only been playing ME3 multiplayer for about 3 months now and have not maxed out any of my guns above common level or even got all the guns and character cards from before the Resurgence DLC.

Just saying this is going to be tough / impossible for me as play in public lobbies. And was saving my ill gotten gains trying for 1 million credits to use towards the Earth DLC. Although the stores Gods like to give me Thermal Clips every time! Why I never use thm, give me a single Geth / Vorcha character!

May try the Firebase Glazer / small room / Ex-Cerb adapt / vanguard / Smash tactic, if nothing else should be a good laugh watching it rain Reapers

Don't like the "Gold" objectives on challenges since it seems to exclude so many people from the challenge. It isn't like Gold doesn't get enough rewards - what with all the money they get already- that they need another reward on top of that.

I have a BE specced AA and HSentinel ready to go. I self-detonate, so can certainly paint/detonate for another biotic. I can extract Reapers on Silver if the team isn't too brain-dead, so should be nervous but capable this weekend.

You guys who have problem with extraction on gold against Reapers can join Legion effect as was said before,or maybe contact me(ID:TheSeth256),reaching extraction should be a breeze.Also joining any random good squad should make do,as you will be kicked AFTER the match if you play poorly,not before(if at all,as when squadmates are good enough even less-skilled players aren't kicked).

You guys tried human adepts? Warp followed shockwave is awesome now. 2 biotic explosions on brutes, 4 on reapers, it can even one can take out a marauder shield with just one.

How the heck can you fail on FBW GG.  If you want a set up, here it is.
3 salarian decoys and 1 infiltrator with duration for the device objectives. this is guarenteed victory. Also stay in the rear room for the whole game including wave 11 upto the last 20 seconds. then run for the landing out the rear door. easy victory. i almost never do it with a decoy anymore, however it is a lot harder without one. having 3 decoys will make it easy as bronze
