It certainly was a challange though and the operation got me playing gold.. hadn't really played gold before, but really enjoyable and love that money.. platinum should be crazy. It's great to have four random people come together with their favourite builds and see what works on those harder diffs. Can someone tell me why I'm just plain no good with a Krogan? Are they typically harder to play or what? I'm not a shotgun/melee style player at all but when I use a Krogan it's like I have no thumbs.

No mobility, no side dash.

Also people that play Krogan tend to grab very heavy weapons and nerf their recharge rates for powers, and simply forget that just because the krogan can take a lot of damage doesnt mean they should stop using cover.

It could be any of these reasons.

I play Krogan alot, I still need to use cover. It is slow but very powerful, I try get the enemy to shoot at me, while my ally can a be more safe and do alot more damged. I use my Soldier as a tank unit.

Paladin has slow fire rate. I prefer the arc pistol.

I think this mission was "designed" to fail (even if we actually won it).  Having re-read all of the Operation descriptions, there is a multiplayer story emerging......

With the voice chat system working so incredibly bad, there's absolutely no way to talk to people.
Anyhoo, I did a crap ton of games this weekend, sad to see it failed when I actually had time to participate, oh weeeeeell. I'll just grind for PSP's instead.

My Fireteam mangaged this and yet no V-pack. All we get a 6 glass cannons and some new toys.
Coupled with my inability to get the Extended Cut I'm getting a little annoyed with EA.

If we had known that it was full extraction on any difficulty, people could have soloed Bronze numerous times to ensure victory.

Crappy. I didn't see the official FAILURE notice until now.

Can we see some stats on this mission (and for all future missions, plz)? Detailed feedback will help the community adapt to future challenges.

These things will start failing on a regular basis. Sorry but this horrible idea to make ME a cash cow rather than delivering a stand out singleplayer experience was a complete failure. I hope Bioware enjoyed the money they made from selling out, because it doesn't last forever. The type of gamers they tried to attract are the ones that will be leaving as soon as Black Ops 2 or Halo 4 comes out.

This game would need some voice filtering before it is sent through the network.
Not to mention, voice volume balancing. Amplifying and reducing to make sure volumes are consistent.

But I have a feeling that is too complicated to handle, it needs spectral analysis and knowledge that I don't understand completely, but neither does BW. And I'm not the one writing the game.

I can confirm that there is no Victory Pack or Commendation Pack.

I know we failed the allied goal, but I did do the squad goal so I am expecting my N7 weapon.

I got a Commendation pack about 30 minutes ago. Funny thing is, I'm pretty sure none of the random Gold matches I played got past wave 10, almost positive we never extracted anyone. Only 3 things in the pack including an Eagle- maybe it's punishment?

Well, here since 1 hour aprox the commendation pack is avaible, but I noticed some of my friends haven't it, and they are from the same country (and they have completed the squad goal).
Some issue with it...

because only some of the members get it (the people that succeeded) it takes a long time to get them all out. Just relax and be patient. If they don't get them by tomorrow or Friday, then contact the help services.

I bet the failure can be tied directly to the "lost connection" problems caused by their own servers and software. I was only able to play consistently on Sunday. Before that, start a mission....round 2...."lost connection.....", buy something from the store...."lost connection...." try and set a new character up and assign their powers...."lost connection...." and have to to that all over again...ect, freakin' ect. If they punish us by feeding us OP banshees like last time that operation failed for their poor choice of connection methods and software this time, that will be just the pinnacle of BS.

At least I got my commendation pack.....but had the Crusader which I don't like. Still no Hurricane for my power users.

It is unfortunate that the full scope of the missions was not fully explained as this would surely have resulted in all mission parameters being met. While I do understand that the wording " squads" to mean the sum of all members I can understand were this may have been taken to mean something else. When the word "squads" was used in prior mission briefing it was generally understood to mean that on a exfil/ extraction only one member of the squad had to dust off for the missiwon to be counted GREEN  

While I had no problem meeting the full extraction with my team I can see how this could have prRSENTED  some difficulties when playING with Pug's. I have seen it all to many time when members of a team place their personal goals ahead of those of the team and mission. This is why I am so adamantly against player any MP game without at least two members of my battle buddies. Or at the very least Pug' s that have comms. Which to me is and I do not care if there are other members in you house that are sleep: talk softer, cannot stand little kids yelling: use the mute option, cannot afford a Mic: BS you can spend 60.00 on a game then you can spend 10 bucks on a Mic.

The bottom line is if we would have worked as a team in the beginning getting a full extraction would have been SOP. I call player that do not work as a team" blue falcon" and will not only kick them out of my room but will also send a player review: player does not understand how the game should be played. This way I lessen the chance of me encountering them again in the future.
