REALLY??? Another upgrade to a gun I don't use in my Commendation Pack. I love this game but this is frustrating. I just spent over 300000 credits and didn't get any new characters, no rare guns.....really???

Just got mine after going through support. Other than the promotional weapon (which isn't really a 'reward' if you don't want it and aren't going to use it), the two other items (5 Ops Survival Packs & a Pistol Rail Amp) could have been received through a Jumbo Equipment pack (or a couple of Recruit Packs) for far less effort and time.

Maybe I'm missing the point, but I can't see bothering with with the challenges in the future - they don't seem well organized or executed and the payoff is meh, imo. I'll still play (still having fun despite the one-button-does-it-all-wrong control scheme and other issues), but I don't see a compelling reason to focus on the goals for what amounts to a couple of marketing chotchkies. The chance to get a promo you want sounds nice, but if you don't get one you'll use you're essentially getting less than you can get in a Veteran pack.

This sounds more bitter than I actually feel about it (I'm slightly disappointed, but it's steak night, so it's all good), but I don't think it's an unrealistic appraisal.

Actually, the thing I was really looking forward to was the medigel cap increase...looking back on some tight spots may have helped save a couple of wave 10 or 11 failures...

This sucks, I finished a gold mission with full extraction, and still no word on my squad award... Just not right, and Ive gotten everything else Ive participated in >.<

This is my fourth N7 Challenge completed... with NO COMMENDATION PACK. And these support guys are laughable... they are like bots, just repeating over and over what they were instructed to in the manual, and no help at all. Anybody has had this same problem and knows how to fix it?

No, I just had a 6 minute help session with Rohit and I got my commendation pack w/out any issue.

I don't know if this is required on all versions, but on PC you have to turn on "Upload Gameplay Feedback"

So I thought they said they were gonna make up for missing the weekend event a few Weeks ago. I got the impression that we would have something extra either last weekend during the operation or this weekend. Did I miss something or did they just hope we forgot they posted that comment under "No operation this weekend" or whatever it was. Idk.

I never get my commendation pack and depend on online chat. But the past few days online chat and email isn't available. The only thing thats different is I reinstalled origin because that's what they suggested to fix an error I was getting. I guess I lost my pack then.

Edit: Update - was finally able to get online chat yesterday morning, and got my pack. Chat seems to be disabled for me in origin ever since I reinstalled. Had to go to the origin website.

these operations are great and all but how about giving us something to check our progress.
right now the only thing that lets us know we won or we failed is bioware's word...
so it really doesnt matter if we did make it or not. bioware has all the info, so give us something that updates the progress of an operation. that way if we're failing we can double our efforts or something.

a progress bar woud be great.

They either don't care or everything is planned out regardless of what happens, but thats just my thoughts

It looks like that's the biggest issue, I know on PS3 you have to do the same thing. Would make sense if Xbox also had that. I wonder if that's why we failed? Perhaps a notification of some sort is in order!

The crawler underneath the computer screen that shows Galaxy at War data would be a great place for it. I know that's how I found out about new DLC for ME2, it was a pretty nifty feature.

I love the Challenges. I have played plenty of games and never did I get challenges from a game company and then get an true reward for it. Now we all know this game is random. It's what makes it fun. Gambling is addictive. But just like it, some of us are going to win big and love it and some are going to lose. I have no N7 characters, and I farmed 1,000,000 credits and still didn't get a new character, but that's just my luck for this time, cause last DLC I banked almost all the new stuff fast. Bioware is doing something fun and great that no one else does. So stop your complaining please cause I hate for them to think they should stop this great challenge idea cause a few guys are whinning they didn't get the weapions they want. Thank you Bioware again for adding fun to the games I love that no one else even thinks of doing.

Meh. I only care about the squad goals. What the other poster said, if you need to use 5-6 medigels a match, you're probably going south of victory anyway.
