This was the first time I didn't receive my commendation pack. I'm not fretting though. I rarely use the n7 weapons as it is but I will make sure to contact support next time if it doesn't show up.

I had friends say that some 'fiendish' players hijack comm packs, normally I'd think they're just pulling my leg but I've heard more complaints about missing packs. Maybe BioWare Shipping Inc. should stop routing these shipments through Illium, probably pay the exorbitant docking fees with packs!

for me every operation is a fail because i don't even bother to play it since playing it for the trophy and extended dlc did nothing in making want to play again just youtube ending and still crap (improvement but still)

The extended cut didn't just change the ending... if you actually tried a replay you would've noticed they added additional dialogue everywhere and extra scenes, makes the whole playthrough a lot more enjoyable.
