Well that was much easier than I expected it to be. Did it my first game. And that was my first time playing reapers on gold. And it was much more fun than playing the geth.

Too easy. Achieved gold reaper full extraction on the first try with my cerberus adept. Waiting for the N7 Destroyer and Platinum to crank up the pace some more.

Can anyone confirm what time this event ends? The posts here on the forums say 10am PST Sunday... but the blog post on the main Mass Effect site says 4am PST Monday. Anyone know which one is correct?

It's at 4am Monday. That's what they've done with the last two or three events, and that's what the blog post says.

I almost got full extraction, but some guy as too lazy to come join us at the extraction point.

Anyways it doesn't matter, cause we got 3/4 and that's good enough. I also unlocked 4/6 for the unwavering achievement. Apparently I'd never won a gold match on giant before O_o

I think it might be a Particle Rifle, you can get those from Spectre packs i believe... it was announced somewhere on the forums.  Hope that helps.

yeah I am aware of the particle beam, but I looked at the geths equipment and weapons and it said he had a striker rifle, also even the particle beam rifle could never do this amount of damage so incredible and quick.  It was as if he had a endless supply of missiles this the kind of damage he was dealing throughout. weird oh well maybe it will remain a mystery.

Yeah thanos that is a glitch certain players are exploiting to breeze through matches. Check the Cheating thread under multiplayer discussion.

I'm sorry, but I need some clarification; does a 'squad extraction' entail ALL squad members being extracted, or just having any number of squad members extracted?

Not sure. The other one says at least one, but idk if the allied goal one is full extraction or any number.

BTW, the "Allied" goal is just to take down a certain number of Reaper forces.

Oh. My. God... Remind me to tell you guys sometime about how I have now soloed two Banshees, two Brutes, and a Ravager on Tuchanka Gold with nothing but a tech drone ("Git'er, Sparky!") and an M5 Avenger. In the same wave when everyone else was KIA!

Anywho, that was my first try and we got one guy to the extraction. My second success I didn't realize someone was using the "missile glitch" until much later (after many exclamations of "How many missiles has this guy GOT!?").

Was a pain in the ***, but mission completed. Back to silver where the enemies aren't all ridiculously strong, unless you are using armor III piercing rounds.

I did gold with me as Salarian Engineer with 2 Drell Adepts (one left round 10 i think) and Asari Adept. I was so surprised by the amount of biotic combos, and the damage they were doing. Levelling up my Phoenix Adept on SIlver, high 18 at the moment, because that can certainly cause some damage with Smash.
