1. Balak stated that as soon as the Reapers attacked, batarian ships started firing on batarian ships. Defense grids were shut down as well, making the Reaper attack almost unopposed.
That said, I would not count of Leviathan being a benign entity.
2. The life support room is not big enough for Leviathan to rest comfortably.

I do not understand people who think that DLC set before the ending is pointless.
Presumably people post here because they really enjoy playing Mass Effect. DLC lets you play new Mass Effect content. What is the problem?
The problem is no Harbinger and no substantial change to the endings. They did not address the feed back. IT, love interest reunions, war assets mattering, the list goes on and on.

I take Harbinger's random and short appearance to mean that he will be featured in a DLC. They wanted to give a nod to the character, but not dwell on him as he might be destroyed in a DLC. Then on the beam run he can be replaced with a generic Reaper.
And I'm hoping there might be a forth choice for Shepard at the end or some modification to the ends as a result of the DLC(s). But we'll see.

What about the room that Diana Allers was/is suppose to reside in? It's not like I bought that faux-IGN reporter on board anyway, so the room's currently free...Calinstel wrote...

What if harbinger flys off because he sees leviathan and goes off to kill it?

reaper looks like soverreign...
All reapers (except destroyers and Harbinger) look the same. ME2 reapers vs ME3 reapers
...they actually kind of look different in ME2. Maybe it's the angles.
What's with them all being neigh identical in ME3? Lame.
Besides ships like Sovereign and Harbinger (and other captial reaper ships) are supposed to be unique in design.
it looked like an old reapers picture from the oldest of the mass effect games numero uno
so i just in my lazy way said it looked like sovereign,
Edit: I dont think it does anymore. lol

Imdb says keith szarabajka is in ME3:. Alas, as you know. No harbinger O.o
Having the voice of the main antagonist reprise his role for the finale would not have been artistic.

so they basically took the main villian out of the game itself to make a DLC about him.BigTuna82 wrote...

Really don't see any interest in this DLC unless it somehow impacts the ending. Also, how will they explain a reaper which is apart of a hive mind defecting? Sounds like more plot holes if anything.
I'm just waiting for them to completely jump the shark and have Leviathan be a totally organic Reaper and have it turn out that when the spacebaby said "My creators gave them form." , he meant it literally.

Well my theory is, the first Reapers were actually a botched Synthesis experiment on the creator race, turning them into mindless slaves of the Starbrat. Starbrat hinted it had tried Synthesis before. Leviathan may have survived with its mind still intact.
Still doesn't change the fact we most likely won't even get a cinematic of it entering the final battle, so I most likely won't be buying.

Oh I can see how that goes.
Harbinger: "This hurts you!"
Leviathan: "You are in error. Clearly it is I who is hurting you!"
Harbinger: "I am the one whom is infinitely greater. It is I who will be bringing the hurt!"
Leviathan: "You take orders from a blue, glowing midget. Your argument is invalid."
Harbinger: *Silence, floats away with tentacles hanging*

So Leviathan IS a rogue Reaper after all?
How is the Crucible going to discriminate between him and the other Reapers?
No, it's not. they just made the same mistake everyone else did when reading the dialogue.
The "Rogue reapers" stuff is the _build up_ the big reveal is that it's actually the last member of the race that built the Reapers and the Catalyst.
Can I also remind everyone that "Leviathan" as per the DLC leak is in no way connected to "the Leviathan of Dis" a nickname for the Reaper corpse that the Batarians found. batarians and Dis are not mentinaed _anywhere_ in the DLC leak

So another Javiik?
If that's true, that would be like the final facepalm at BioWare.

1)- the "first" reaper is leviathan who was against everything harby was doing
2)- levi decided to go into hibernation untill the point where he/she felt the time was right and the advancment of tech was good enough
3)- (for the IT crew) Levi was using shepard OR helping him by invading his dreams
levi came out of hibernation and started to hunt down untainted reaper tech and places where the reapers have not been to.
now as we have seen at the end of ME3 we see harby take off in a hurry, WHAT IF harby is escaping as we dont see him in ANY of the space battles and we DO NOT see him get destroyed and we have all worked out harbinger is NOT an idiot, harbinger might also be the most advanved reaper out there ........ untill leviathan.
now from MY point harby has survived the end (which is now being slowing ret-conned) and escaped, Leviathan if we remember is now in a solar system where there is not stargate-supergate ....i mean mass relay,
if anyone remembers in ME2 the mission where we save karl regar that dark energy was affectiting the mass relay and also shorting out the sun, well Levi has a safe haven in the remaning baterian system and if need be jump to the shorting out sun system.
plus whos to say harby and levi dident deactivate the relays in diffrent systems as the energy pulse only works on relays that are active.
damnit there are so many diffrent things that can be interroprated and so many "WHAT IF" things and currently it is rue about the EC, its slowly being retconned by BW own staff (leviathan is apprently set AFTER the EC) and plot holes that were ment to have been closed have been left open to fester and rot and some more plot holes have been opened.
here ONE thing no-one has thought about ........... WHAT IF the godchild IS Leviathon????
