Leviathan has been separated from the rest of the Reaper forces for 10 years after killing one of its own kind.

I sincerely hope this is a typo...

I'm fairly confident it is. It's just a gaming article, they make mistakes. :P

Didn´t some of the leaked dialogue mention something about some people having been Indoctrinated for 10+ years?

they missed a few zeros. Image IPB It's not like one Reaper can just slip into the Milky Way undetected.

If it's the crashed Reaper that the Batarians snagged a few years before the first game, then it would have already been there.

"Leviathan can join Shepard's fight against the other Reapers, presumably becoming a War Asset."

cool, a 15 dollar war asset

What does this mean "fight the Reapers" ? Since when are the Reaper's suddenly the enemy, I thought they are just poor misbegotten creatures trying to save us all, and shepard only comes to realize this eventually and collaborates the best she can with them to make their dreams happen somehow...

tststs...I really hope Bioware isn't hurting their artistic and philosophical vision of how Mass Effect should end...The mere thought of Shepard using an evil rogue-reaper against the saviours of the whole galaxy makes me sick, especialyl if it could result in refusing the colours and a true victory over the poor little Reapers and their juvenile master...

Please Bioware, just let shepard meet the Leviathan, let him garble some uncomprehensible pointless stuff like Harbinger and then never mention him at all again! That would be perfect stroytelling and such a highlight to shepard's heroic journey!

Anyone finding sarcasm can keep it with my blessings...

Indeed it did. But I'm really thinking the batarians moved it to that location ten years ago, or... whatever (I'm honestly kind of sketchy on Balak's ME3 explanation >_>) and EuroGamer took the "ten years" thing totally in the wrong direction.

Maybe we're meant to redeem Leviathan and bring it back into the fold of the Reaper Care Bears?

1)  I am vaguely annoyed that BioWare may very well have done a "powerful badguy helps the good guys" kind of thing.  It's a pet trope that makes me frown.

2)  Sung to the tune the Imperial March:  Want want want, want, want-want, want, want-want.

Pfft...If it has no more effect on the story than a few extra MS points, there will be no sale here. A rogue Reaper should be a big deal when confronting Starbrat. Things like it being fallible, and if one can turn on it so could others. But most likely there won't even be a cinematic of it entering the battle.

I'll be waiting until there is confirmation on these issues before purchasing.

As long as it makes sure the real threat to humanity are synthetics and that the only way to improve life in the whole galaxy is becoming half-synthetics, though the leviathan sadly does not know how this could be achieved, but shows Shepard how wonderful such a galaxy would be!

If Leviathan isn't a love interest I am selling my copy of the game and then pre-pre cancelling my preorders.

Am I the only one who thinks that making a "good" Reaper is the stupidest lamest idea ever?

Hopefully this reveals that Reapers are actually piloted by giant albinos.

If all this adds to the ending is a war asset, then it's not worth my purchase. I'll just youtube it.

Would've preferred something like this as a means of taking down the reapers from the beginning, rather than the living, breating deus ex machina we got.

Notice the term "Reaper care bears" and the combined sarcasm of an entire race melted down and distilled around it?

Yeah. Reapers are, dare I say it, RUINED FOREVER!!
