Was in game with my Quarian Female Infiltrator when I got "You have lost your connection to the Mass Effect 3 server." message. Upon re-entering multiplayer I was immediately prompted to select a class, which is unusual if you aren't entering a game. Then I go to Infiltrators and they are all still unlocked but listed as "New." Have to "re-deploy" all of them, reassign the powers and weapons, etc.
Something similar has happened before, but in that instance all it did was wipe out the Salarian and Quarian Female, but the other ones remained.
How is this even happening? Are my characters not stored locally and the EA servers are screwing up? What causes this? Is it a known bug and is it going to get fixed?
All my infiltrators reset

This happened with My Asari Vanguard. I played several matches one evening and discovered the next day she had regressed to her base config. I thought it might have something to do with EA servers as well. I just considered it a free Respec and she's back friskier than ever!

Happened to my sentinels, twice. Once during the middle of a match.

Happened twice to my sentinels too. I think both times it was soon after multiplayer balance changes. "You have lost your connection to the ME3 server [...]" And when I entered back, the first time only 2 of my sentinels were reset. Today it was all my sentinels except the human male. It's a very annoying bug, I hope it doesn't repeat again.
