Once again, in the middle of the second wave of a gold, it disconnected me and said I have to reconnect, but when I logged back in...surprise (not really)...all of my characters had been reset!
Every single one of them had lost all names, all color schemes, all powers. Everything was erased once more by a disconnect. This is a level 1 issue, deleting data on disconnect.
It was bad enough that I lost all my supplies because of this software failing (it was not my network at issue), but having to reset my characters is a mind boggling issue that BW should take far more seriously.
Add to this once more the glitch that it is not possible to promote a character without taking a point in the first power, and so the ONLY way to get characters back not using that power is with a character card. BW you owe me more character cards once again.
Yes, I am a programmer, and yes, I know how it works. Sev 1, destruction of data from a disconnect which is not the fault of the player nor of the network.

I had this happen a couple of times. I just exited the game and stopped my ea/origen connection. Then when I reopened the game all of my characters were ok. Didn't have the consumables I lost when it disconnected me, but at least I didn't loose my characters.
