[King Ptolemy IV]

 Since I'm sure most of you have experienced it at some point, the loss of credits because of servers. And freezing issues is incredibly frustrating.  Now, my question is if anyone here has every gotten compensated for credits lost in game.  And if so how can I get in contact with the correct service line.

The last week has been agonizing as I have lost a total of 1 million credits.
