Has anyone run into the weird cinematic glitch when talking to the Illusive Man on Mars where if you say the Renegade conversation options and you kept the Collector Base, when he turns around to look at the hologram, there's nothing there and when it comes back to Shepard, his "cigarette arm" goes all wonky? He also seems like he's suppossed to say something as there is a long pause. Looks funny, but breaks immersion.

I've gotten this on saves where I've destroyed the collector's base, I wonder if it just happens all the time. I don't think it happened on my first play-through, but it's definitely happened on my last two.
