[EDIT: Check further down for a newer version]

OK I've set about trying to create the ME3 Femshep in ME1. Sadly I've gotten to that stage where I'm so tired of looking at it that I can't see changes I make anymore. So I'm opening it to the floor....

How would you improve upon the central image above in order to make it look more like the default ME3 Femshep.

The sliders I've used to get this far are:

Facial Structure
6, 3, 2, 0
Head
Far Right, 20, 19, 19, 0, 6, 9
Eyes
7, 11, 18, 13, 15, 0, 3
Jaw
Far Right, 0, 8, 12
Mouth
0, 0, 0, 12, 12
Nose
5, 4, 0
Hair
2, 1, Far Right, 5
Makeup
0, Far Right, 5

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Use the face texture from ME3 and TexMod it into ME1 replacing one of the complexions.

Hmm... the eyes are about as close as you'll probably be able to get, and imo the complexion is fine. Not sure if you can find a better match for the eyebrow.

Some tweaks that might work are: Squaring her jaw line a bit more, narrowing the neck, making the mouth less wide, making lips a bit fatter (maybe try a different mouth shape too - she's really puckered in ME3), check her from profile views and see if her chin and over/underbite need to be adjusted... and lastly, I would try a different nose - in ME3 she has a wider bridge, narrower nostrils and it is straight to the end, and it doesn't point up as much.

This is just what I'm seeing from the screens you put up. The way she looks in play is always gonna be a lot different in each of the games. Good job so far though!

Hmmm subtle changes....
Squarer jawline, fuller lips, narrower neck, slightly different nose and eyes and a few other small adjustments to make her appear better in profile. Also there is a paler skintone available but I found that ingame it was too pale so I stuck with this one.

Facial Structure
6, 3, 2, 0
Head
0, 19, 19, 19, 0, 6, 9
Eyes
7, 9, 15, 15, 15, 0, 3
Jaw
Far Right, 0, 8, 17
Mouth
0/6, 0, 0, 18, 12
Nose
4, 4, 13
Hair
2, 1, Far Right, 5
Makeup
0, Far Right, 5

@jkthunder:
You were right about the jawline, neck and lips so I changed them all.
I had a problem with the width of her mouth too but sadly it can't be shortened any further. Her nose is also an issue but again not one you can do much about (however I did change the shape from 5 to 4 and adjusted the depth so it now appears better in profile).

Initially I started doing this because TexMod doesn't like me very much (I'm on a 32-bit system and I found the occasional crashes from memory leak a bit annoying) and I wanted to see how close it was possible to come using only the default character creator alone.
But for anyone looking at this thread who'd prefer to use texmod you might try this:
ME3 default femshep tex to ME1-ME2

Wow, that's pretty good Offstream. The best attempt I've seen so far. Have you thought about starting with creating her face in ME3 so you can easily compare her with the default face, then use the Face Code to ME Slider converter?

Here's the ME2/3 facecode of what you have in your recent post:
743.1KK.K17.A8A.GGG.14W.19I.111.JD5.5E3.2G6.176

When I punch that into ME3, it looks pretty damn close, but I think the chin and lips are a bit high. I also think eye color 2 is a better match than eye color 4. The hair color isn't an exact match either (ME3 Shep has more copper/brown in her hair) but there really isn't a better alternative than the one you have.

ETA: Just tried my hand at tweaking it. The problem is that even though I can drop the chin height to match the default Shep, you can't drop the mouth height far enough, so it screws up the proportions. :-/

The ME3 Jane's neck is so skinny she looks like a bobblehead. I know it's all different in-game, which makes it harder to do comparisons in cc. And yeah, I've also found that the skin tones come out way lighter than what you think you're getting in cc. I always darken them more than I think it needs to be. I don't know if you can get any closer than what you have. You can tweak forever but never really get a perfect match. Gonna try Janus' code above and see how it looks

Yeah that's why I had the neck so thick in the first draft, I found it looked unnatural in-game

I'm afraid I had even less success using Janus's method but that could just be me
