I would extremely likely spend cash on unlocks if I was guaranteed to get something I wanted. Provided the pricing would be reasonable, of course. Right now it is not and on top of that, the chances of getting something that I'd want would be slim to none.

No.  You should have to get lucky to get one of 6 characters.  Guns being UR are fine, but the characters add so much to the game it would just suck the fun out for me I had "I will never see those characters" in my head every match.

And I can reliably say that it's a stupid idea, no matter the difficulty levels.

Rare, at highest, or buff the everliving crap out of the normal humans to make them comparable to the Uncommon/Rare aliens.

While perceiving oneself as superior to other people does provide positive feedback to the brain's pleasure centers, I don't see how happening to win a random lottery would make me feel that way.

It's like those people who look at a black weapon you have equipped in the game lobby, then feel the need to announce that they have a higher level of it than you. Cool story bro. Cool story.

no, xbox ps3 and wii only 

yeah those on the wii can go into the nintendo store and get ME3 multiplayer and play just this dlc on there... only these characters weapons and maps

I agree, I would also like to buy what I want. I need that Cerberus Harrier badly.  However, if everyone could buy what they wanted, you'd see people with the same weapon loadouts. Everyone would be using the Harrier/Reegar/Krysae/Widow/Valiant, etc.
