Simply, it is assumd platinum will be extremely difficult, and require lots of teamwork. Even with the old infiltrator being the easy way out, other classes were still useful and extremely helpful. You will now be of more use to your team, where old infiltrator on gold basically ued you all as distractions to kill everything themselves in tac cloak.

That's what I'm thinking if it has any relation to kasumi's ability back in ME2. Kinda dissapointed about the lack of flashbang grenades though

New powers may be cool. But I am a little wary of 'em. Dont the new enchancements render previous classess obsolete?
Maybe new enemies are on their way too?
I am interested in the new game mode. Platinum? I hope you dont have to pay EXTRA for it...

at least 1 player character should get an insta-kill ability. Insta-killing a trooper isn't really that much.
I want the paladin sooooo bad. Player character Guardian ftw.

Two kinds of grenades, ammo resupply and no cooldown powers. So he can carry the big guns without penalty.

I don't see the similarities at all, except for both having the N7 logo.
Also, while the skepticism over the fact that many of these new classes seem to reuse assets from SP isn't unwarranted, it must be pointed out that many of the class assets used for all the MP DLC are pretty much reused from the SP, simply tweaked. For example, the Geth classes are simply reworked Troopers and Hunters, while the Vorcha are reused wholesale from the SP, along with the Male Quarians, and the Asari Justicar being based off Ashley's basic alternate outfit.
If these are photoshop jobs, then these are extremely high quality shops made by a professional. Given the difficulty, I'm more erring to the belief that these are actual art assets and not shops. And if people are wanting to make comparisons, at least make proper observations.
- The Fury model indeed looks to be based off Kasumi.
- While the Destroyer model does seem to use the Terminus Armor as the base, there are minor details that are different, like the larger "flared" parts on the side of the legs, and a redesigned groin area.
- The Demolisher is pretty much the female version of Kaidan's basic alternate appearance except with a standard Alliance helmet. Yet such a model didn't initially exist in MP or SP to my knowledge.
- The Paladin is the Inferno Armor wholesale.
- The Shadow isn't actually based off the Phantom, but instead off Liara and Ashley's From Ashes alternate outfits.
- Slayer is Kai Leng no doubt.
