I'm not talking about stupid easter eggs, like giant chickens breathing fire or dancing husks with a top hate and cane.
I mean for instance, if you do a certain combination of things, then we could see something relevant to that area.
For instance, this could have been done on Noveria, where if you activate the easter egg, you see a Rachni in the background. Or if it's an Omega map, should one exist. We hear a Vorcha say "You tell Captain Gavorn, we leave"
Something that could be fun and relatable to the Mass Effects. But not stupid like GoW3.
Can anyone else think of any good ones?

I do like some of the ideas especially when it comes to the characters and their skills. An "organic sabotage" dominate sounds shiny, shield carnage also possible yet sort of useless since you already got overload and energy drain as anti-shield skills.
Warp/biotic nades that enable biotic combos would also be quite nice.
However what I really liked the most is the recon drone idea. A flying purely scouting drone sounds great.
When it comes to ammo I don't like the ideas at all. Explosive rounds would way too op. AOE damage for every single gun? Nah, don't need that.
Toxic ammo, I assume enemy loses health over a period of time, sounds pretty much the same as incendiary ammo.
not sure what an effect harpoon ammo is supposed to have.
can't really say anything about the weapon ideas since it really all depends on the spcifics and the way they work.
When it comes to new enemy faction or new gamemodes it really won't happen. The amount of work to create things like that, especially completely new gamemodes, seems to be beyond anybodies imagination.
Especially when it comes to new gamemodes you need a completely new area/map specifically designed for this gametype, you need unique AI behavior and after that endless hours of testing.
Cosidering the rather small amount of total ME 3 MP players and the costs it's take to make it happen, it simply wouldn't be worth it.

and even though a new game mode is probably not gonna happen, I still did it just to see what people would think of them

I'd like co-op "sidequests" with minor side-stories a lot but it's not really something new nor really a realistic possibility to be included.
Same goes for new enemytypes which are also a total pain in the ass to create.The price (money+time) to create even one new faction is just insanely high and it's safe to say that financially it wouldn't be worth it for Bioware/EA

Regardless, human spectres are a must. It adds more characters and more variety.

Plot: 2 shuttles are tasked with destroying the baby reaper at X (importance place) the shuttle carrying the dudes with the big blowy uppy weapons gets shot down and crashes near the reaper... the other shuttle with the players (6 ? 1 for each class) lands at point Y...
Objectives = A) Find the downed shuttle with all the goodies
C) Survive
New Characters:
As for new species/characters... how about something that allows us to make a custom character (aka sp shepard) using whatever casual or armour peices we like?)
New Mode (One I would love to see.. but wont hold my breath)
Battle: Earth Orbit
Pick between either a Alliance, Asari, Taurian, Quarian, Geth, Salarian or Batarian ship, then join the battle with the rest of the fleet above earth.
Objective: Survive for X time
Defend the Crucible

I know right, but its more of an actual Co-op mission instead of wave after wave
