I think spectres would work well using the three council races as they already cover all the classes. Spectre turian soldier and sentinel, asari adept and vanguard, salarian infiltrator and engineer.
there could be a Turian Engineer and Salarian Soldier too

The same salvo from mass effect : infiltrator perchance?
yea, they already put Lash and Smash in the game, might as well right?

I think smash was in it, not really sure lol
but I think it would be cool to add those powers with Spectre Characters

Is N7 not the Spectre group?
N7 is Alliance Special forces, Spectres are the Galaxy's best and work for the Council

I think there should be maps on the Citadel, such as Presidium and Zakera Ward. Also it's better not to change original classes for these three races.
yes, we definitly need a Citadel map with levels

EDIT* but yeah I wouldn't mind seeing more turians and salarians, also nice call on salarians not being biotic or how rare that is according to canon

We need Spectres and new enemies
This.
The only disappointment with Earth was the addition of a new difficulty that didn't bring new enemies and too many humans, granted those N7 classes sure are fun.
Need more aliens in ME3 MP!
(Especially FemTurians.)

No Spectres. They aren't common soldiers you can just send out on spec ops strike missions. There's fewer than a hundred of them in the galaxy.
Closest analogue to a Spectre outside of Mass Effect would be Director Nick Fury from the Avengers. My bet would be that the remaining Spectres are doing rather Shepard-esque things during the Reaper invasion- Commanding ships, rallying resistances, leading armies, etc.
They have more power than a Council race's Rear Admiral rank. Hell, they have unlimited power second only to the Council- They are literally above the law and can commandeer anything and everything.
Pasted from another thread I put that in. Seriously. Guys. You send special forces and elite operatives on strike missions with an exceedingly high fatality/casualty rate.
You do NOT risk sending some of the most powerful individuals in the GALAXY on N7 Special Ops. There's less than a hundred of them in the galaxy, and the galaxy needs their leadership to win the war.
I can see them being tied in to multiplayer, but not playing as one. I mean, how would they even be issued orders, anyways? I can't see an Alliance officer being brash enough to use that tone of voice (the MP announcer) with someone who so vastly outranks him he could literally make him disappear.

I just post my ideas of a DLC here.

Mass Effect 3: Offensive MP DLC
New Maps:
- Firebase Valley (Krogan city ruins on Tuchanka)
- Firebase Chicago (onboard of an inactive Alliance carrier) --> must be secured due to info of fleet movements of the Alliance
- Firebase Nest (underground caves where you find the Rachni Queen) -->must be secured due to a lot of reaper tech about "husk-creation"
New Guns:
- Trismae (Heavy Turian pistol) --> armor piercing shots!
- Python (One shot Salarian sniper rifle) --> can be charged for scorpion-like shot!
- Rector (3 round burst Asari assault rifle) --> +200% armor damage multiplier!
New Characters:
(Female Turians with biotic slide (like Asari))
Female Turian Cabal Adept:
- Warp
- Slam
- Biotic Overload (reduce cooldown, increase damage and duration from biotics) --> decreases Barrier strenght!
Salarian STG Soldier:
- Defense Matrix
-Lightning Strike (similar attack like an Arc Projector from ME2. Hits multiple targets causing severe damage and overloads weapons)
- Custer Mines (Fire multiple Proximity Mines like a fan in front of you)
Asari Spectre Sentinel:
- Barrier
- Energy Drain
- Dominate (convince an organic enemy to fight on you side) --> only usable on Cannibals, Marauders, Cerberus Trooper/Engineer and Centurion! Other Enemies like Banshees, Brutes or Phantoms get incapacitated for 1 minute (as long they don't get attacked!). Synthetics get knocked down.
Krogan Arlakh Engineer:
- Med Drone (Allies within the drones radius get revived if on the ground)
- Demo Charge (large proximity explosive. Gets
planted like a supply pylon of the Demolisher. Only detonates if heavy
enemies like Brutes and Atlases get in range. Weaker targets sitll get
damage if they are near an explding charge)
- Overload
Drell Assassin Infiltrator:
- Tactical Cloak
-Assassination (the next shot given by any scoped weapon deals a highly increased amount of Damage and you don't consume this Bullet!)
- Flashbang Grenade (Knock down and stun your enemies)
Female Turian Spectre Vanguard
- Biotic Charge
- Warp Blade (Swing a bioticly charged serrated blade and cause warp damage in front of you)
- Lift Grenade

An alien "special forces" pack would be nice:
Salarian STG
Turian Blackwatch
Batarian Special Intervention
Asari Armali Commandos
Drell Hanar Illuminated Primacy Assassins
Aralakh Company Krogan
I don't know about Quarians or Vorcha.
+1
although determining classes with this set up might be a tad difficult.

Sabotage is more useful than you think, its actually useful for playing Gold and Platinum
