I would like Spectre classes to concentrate on their race's unique attributes.
Human Spectre - Soldier
Concussion blast - Instant hit concussion shot (already in the game when teammates are ordered to use it in single player). Stuns enemies and does minimal damage. Evolutions can allow it to stun boss enemies and knock down unshielded.
Marksman - Same as Turian Soldier
Leadership - Gives regeneration bonuses to the human spectre and those within a limited range. Allows them to regenerate health, ammunition and gives rate of fire weapon bonuses. Regeneration bonuses are small and intended for attrition combat rather than making him immortal on the move.
Turian Spectre - Soldier
Turian Elite - Toggle mode that increases weapon damage and highlights targets using the turian eyepiece. Gives damage bonus with all weapons but extra bonuses with Turian weaponry. (Turian version of the Geth toggle).
Missile - The destroyer missile ability, but on a class that it might be suitable to. No shield reduction when used.
Turian soldier - Same as turian soldier with stability increases etc

Asari Spectre - Adept
Warp
Reave
Biotic shield - A globe of biotic energy that deflects all damage from outside for 5 seconds. Enemies within the globe do normal damage. Evolutions increase globe size and duration, while offering buffs to those within the globe.
Quarian Spectre - Engineer
Drone - Robotic drone that follows the Quarian while attacking and defending. Evolutions can allow the drone to attack more effectively with missiles, auto-fire and energy drain attacks. Another evolution option would allow the drone to defend the quarian with a damage reduction shield, a point defense system (destroying projectiles before they reach the Quarian) and concussion blasts to enemies in the Quarian's sight.
Repair - Allows the Quarian to repair the Drone.
Remote Revive - Sends a small indestructible bot to revive a targeted team member (consumes 1 medipack).
Drell Spectre - Infiltrator
Cloak - Normal tactical cloak
Rifle Mastery - Gives damage bonuses only with sniper rifles. Evolution can attach damage over time to all rifle shots, bypass the shield gate mechanic or allow single shot kills against non-boss enemies if headshotted.
Close combatant - Allows the Drell to fight at close range using pistols and shotguns as part of melee animations (Similar to the Batarian but with ammo consumed during hits). Evolutions can give damage reduction from enemies that are nearby, increase the damage of weapons fired during melee and allow the drell to stun or knock down enemies with all melee attacks.
