Hi!
So Customer Support apparently can't help me, and I'm hoping the Great and Wise Internets can.
I've played ME3 through a couple of times, but the last time was a while ago and now I can't remember...
When am I supposed to receive my N7 goodies like the hoodie, the guns and the dog? I'm just past the Citadel about to go to Palaven, and I have gotten the From Ashes initiating message but nothing else yet.
Should I just be patient, or is there something wrong? I seem to remember that I had them at Palaven on previous playthroughs but I might be mistaken :-(
Thanks!
N7 goodies not available!

The N7 "goodies" as you called em are only available for those who have the Collecter's Edition and are available from the start as far as I recall. All the videos I have seen where people have it (I do not have it) they have the things from the start because I have seen video evidence of someone using the weapons from as early as Palaven/Manae.

Have you checked to see that the "N7 goodies" are installed?
In order to check, go to your Origin games page and click on the "i" icon in the lower left side of the Mass Effect 3 icon. Then check add-ons and bonuses for "N7 Collector's Edition Materials" to be sure it is installed.
If you have still have the old playthrough saves with N7 bonuses, see what happens when you try to load them.

I think the OP's avatar and all the ones with orange backgrounds are only available to CE owners.Linkforlife wrote...

I do have the CE, and I did what Brassman suggested when I fist noticed that they aren't arriving.
They are installed according to Origin and my previous playthroughs load just fine, it's just the current one that isn't receiving them.
So I definitely shoudl have received them already?

You should have access to the N7 weapons as soon as you pick up your first weapon and get the change weapons option, which I think is right when you get to Mars and find the Sniper Rifle at the bottom of the stairs before killing the first Cerberus goons. They should all be listed under their appropriate category like all the other weapons you get. (Same with any pre-order weapons)
The mech dog wanders around the shuttle area (floor 5) of the Normandy and you can first see it after the Citadel when you are finally able to free roam around the ship. This is also when you get the N7 Hoodie, it'll be under the casual clothes option in the armor menu either down in the armory or in Shep's cabin. (same with any pre-order or bonus (like the KoA armor) armor except they'll be under the armor options instead of the casual options, obviously).
If it's just recently you've had this problem I'd try deleting and then reinstalling the bonus DLC. I've never had content just disappear like that.

I don't get them unless I load a save or start a game with Origin "online". If I run it in offline mode, I don't get them or the other things like the RK armor, Indra sniper or the shakram launcher. They do appear and I get the message about them if I run Origin in "online" mode and then load a save where they weren't appearing. After they appear, I make a save over the top of that one and then I can go back to "offline" mode for Origin and they will still be there.
If that isn't your problem, then sorry I don't know.

Ok, problem fixed!
What happened seems to be that when I downloaded the EC (not on the PC I actually play the game on) and copied over the files I already had, it introduced some kind of authentication error.
I just started the game while connected to the Internet they all appeared right on schedule!
Thanks for the help guys!
