I have not played since i finished both male and female Shepard playthroughs right when ME3 was released.
Only since the EC was released have i re-finished the ending on both Shepards. I decided shortly afterwards, to do a single extra playthrough. NG+ with imported ME1-2-3 on Insanity for the first time (i dont like difficulties that make me work too hard)
One of two quite annoying bugs i recall when playing the original playthroughs, was the absence of Kelly Chambers. The guide as well as the internet stated she does appear, and that in order to have it happen, you needed to have dinner with her. Which i know for a fact i did. I never slept with her though.
In that time since the release of the game, has this bug been fixed yet?

I have the same problem with my latest character playthrough. She is just missing from the whole game as if she never existed. I was wondering if Insanity had anything to do with it. I guess the only way to be sure is to start a new game with a shepard that I know already works.

Not all fixes are listed in patch notes. If you were a veteran of pc games, you would know this.

True. Even the extended cut DLC fixed some bugs, but there are no patch notes for that.MouseNo4 wrote...

Did she survive the abduction by the collectors at the end of ME2? If Kelly survived and was back on the Normandy after the suicide mission then you should encounter her in the refugee area on the Citadel in ME3.

Yes. I saved Kelly in ME 2. But she was nowhere to be found in ME 3.
