Good god, it is a no brainer! Momentum is the most power talent available to either a warrior or a rogue. LOL, compare momentum to rapid fire from the archery line or powerful swings from the 2 hand tree. It is the number one reason why the dual weld tree is so awesome!
Momentum + ... : this is almost too powerful

Momentum and Haste don't cancel each other out by virtue of what they are. There's simply a cap on attack rate, if you pass it, you reset. Precise Striking reduces your attack enough that you can stack Momentum and Haste to get much closer to the cap without surpassing it.
