Melon, melon, chair and a squished banana on top of it all.
PS: Thank you! Now go make us a sequal already!

The complex choices throughout the game reflect the effort of all of the writers and developers. I hope for lots of DLC, expansions and sequels to allow us to see the ramifications of our choices and to further explore the world of Thedas.

The original post seems to be more about how Morrigan was awesome and the dark ritual choice was awesome.

Hey oneshotgame! Thanks for the FF VII spoiler! /jk
Seriously, thanks to the writers for incorporating a great story in a great game.

As for romancing, I'm a hero and as such, I am entitled to play around with more than just one female and so I did - romancing both Morrigan and Leliana. Nibbling off two cakes at once, I must say I had a nice time with Morrigan - Lelianna however did not like her hero messing around with another woman that much. What does she knows about heros *throws up arms in disdain*. But the heart this hero has, I wanted to keep sweet Leliana happy and sacrified my heroic escapades with Morrigan for her. True love and all.
So, here we were in the estate, preparing for the day to come, only to find Morrigan in my room. As the conversation progressed she made her offer. I don't think, as a hero, I blinked my eyes in disbelief, ever; but this was such moment. She not only wanted my pocket hero, but a child to boot! All the while saving me life. I made a promise to Leliana and righteous as I am, I told the woman I would not even consider taking such an unheroic offer. I want to DIE like a hero, damnit! So, she threatened me to leave. Ow yeah, I loved she did that cause I simply said "Go ahead wench, make my day!". Best day of my life.
When time was there, I proceeded to do what I was born for. Sacrifice my heroic life for the good of the world. Morrigan? Pfft if I'd need a foot warmer I'd send her a pigeon. Hmmm. Does Telon have pigeons?

No, I think she means if you want more, you gotta put out.

Indeed. Some people seem to have the impression that I wrote a story that the rest of Bioware scurried about to implement. Amusing as that image is, it's not accurate. I am not the Lead Designer on the game, and writing is just one part of the Design department. We must work in tandem with (and are limited by) the other departments and their goals, and to a point I create what I am directed to.Adria Teksuni wrote...

As Adria points out, I also do not work in a vacuum. We writers have bigger parts to play when it comes to certain areas or certain characters, but we all are involved. Mary and Sheryl were with DA the longest, but there's also Luke Kristjanson, Jennifer Hepler, Jay Turner, Dan Whiteside and many others who took part. I deserve the credit (and blame) for a great many things, but so do they.

Right, so give credit to David and blame everyone else... Or was it the other way around?
Just kidding of course.

Well, ok, platonic love cuz i'm like, married and all...but still!
And now i have more platonic love interests...the DA writing team, all of em! Superb job. I'm ecstatic, actually, that you guys are allowed to do what you do and aren't stifled by the giant sucking black hole that is the rest of the game industry.
Cheers. Raising my glass of Black Lightning Porter to you right now. Yes, it's only noon and i'm drinking, but my inlaws arrive in 2 days and the house is still a mess and I'm wasting time on the forums....

With Morrigan you created one the most intriguing characters gaming has seen for
years. Moreover, if the player romanced her, the whole relationship between her
and the main character had an emotional impact that is – if anything - second
only to Aerith’s legendary death in Final Fantasy VII.
HERESY!!!!!
FF is a **censored...... censored...... censored.... censored...... censored......**, especially the fabled Aerith death.
FF needs to die.
And DA2 needs to start with a blank slate.

Seriously, I have to admit I'm a bit jealous of socially inept Morrigan because in my story, she gets to spend a night with my guy if I want us to live happily ever after. So I certainly don't want to see HER child in any future Dragon Age stories.
Just saying.
