This is obviously nonsense. First of all, the person that first leaked the Rebellion DLC turned out to be right. He then leaked the Earth DLC, and it looks like that'll be right too. They, I think, can be considered a "trusted source". But they are a COMPLETELY different person to who's leaking these class pictures and ability lists. Just because one leak was right doesn't mean they all must be.

And many of the things you said are things that others should really think about. Do the classes really seem like something that would be in the game? Look at the powers. Look at the description. You really believe that?

And I'd like someone to try and prove me wrong here, but: It was the OP of the leak thread that posted the pictures, not Gibbed. Gibbed only provided the class descriptions. And he isn't a very good source to base theory off of anyhow.

My thoughts are that Gibbed has made a name for himself and I doubt he wants to risk ruining it. If this is all fake then Gibbed will loose his credibility and will be known as someone you can't trust. I'm my experience, people who first get to a position where people trust them get an urge to keep it like that.

That said, I'm not believing this 100%, though since it comes from Gibbed, I believe it a lot more, maybe 85% or so. I do however hope that it is true, because this I am looking very much forward to.

Well, there still is no need that a modified weapon has to look exactly like the one it was based on. And if so, why change the paint? There are at least as many other examples as well. Indra isn't based on the Valiant. Crusader isn't based on the Eviscerator and so on.

As somebody already mentioned, the new classes/weapons being based on older ones rather indicates that they are real than they are fake. The new pistol looks like a baby version of the Disciple, I take it as an indication that it is an Asari gun. Turian designs are very similar to each other as well. 

I mean, I wouldn't be too surprised if not everything that has been leaked turned out to be true. I still expect we will be seing (almost) all of that stuff in the future.

Honestly, I will be very disappointing if they are fake.

They are probably real, but the only one that give me doubts about the whole thing is the phantom-guy. How is a sword going to work in game? Anyone have any ideas?

Honestly though, these guys look insane. I barely played the other map packs (I've only unlocked a total of two characters out of the many from the various map packs) but if this turns out to be true, I will play until I get the Kai-Leng guy and the terminus armor guy.

Yeah I can agree the hype needs to be lowered a bit, but you're being way too overzealous and hostile about it, which has turned this into a pointless troll thread that will most likely get locked.

So.. if they're just elaborate photoshops, instead of promotional renders, you should be able to find source images for all the composite parts, right? Like, there should be a render of Kasumi in that exact pose and lighting, and a render of a Nemesis with her head at the same angle, right? And you should be able to show which parts of the weapons come from which other weapons (particularly those distinctive shields on the machinegun).

A photoshop that seamless is certainly possible, but headswaps and texture changes like the images have would be easier to do in a 3D modeling suite, unless there's source images that already closely match the poses, lighting, etc. Liquify is a powerful tool, but it does have limits.

I agree that people need to realize that this is potentially false.  To not let themselves get overhyped for unverified info.

I also don't think it's neccesary to be as aggresive as the OP is being.  So I will appologize.  Sorry Bacon, I was being rude.  I think assuming this leak is total crap is as silly as assuming it's not.  Lets treat it as it is, speculation.
