Hi there I have an issue where the map which is not fereldan (It's thedas I assumed) is blank an have a little grey square on the top left corner and I would like to know how to fix it - I do not have the tool set install or any mods If you do know how to fix it please do tell it would be much appreciate

Sorry you're having issues. Please refer to the "READ FIRST" sticky near the top of the forum-- we need a lot more info to help you. It's hard to diagnose problems without system information, specifics of which version of the game you have, and info under what conditions this error occurs.

You may also want to register your game in case you need to use official tech support.

I'm sorry I'm new to this and have no idea how to do it

But my System information are

Microsoft Window 7 Home premium
Processor: Intel® core™ i7-2670QM @2.20GHz
Ram: 8Gb
System Type: 64-bit
DirectX 11
Nvidia GeForce GT 525m

Are these what you ask for ??
I also have register the game online already It is the Dragon Age : Origins, Awakening Ultimate Edition and I just update the patch to 1.05. However, the problem that I have had occur when I have the 1.04 version, unfortunately update the patch doesn't fix it, If you could help me that would be great, Thanks

Okay.  First off, make sure your display driver is up-to-date.  You can also do a Google search for this issue by typing the following into the Google search bar:

site:social.bioware.com blank world map

You'll get a number of hits.  One suggests that when this happens, you switch map views, which might resolve it.
