the title shows the message i've been getting ever since i've tried to play mass effect 3 after downloading the extended cut. When this message shows up i go into taskmanager and i can see origin on the list and the cilent is still open in the background, anybody know how to fix this?

First thing to try is downloading Origin again and installing it to make sure you have the newest version

Maybe try repairing ME3 and check for updates for it as well? I know I do that every now and then and have not had that issue (too often). Not sure if it will help with Origin issues, but, I am not sure.

I just started to get this message too! I have had no problems until now.
I happens both in the Demo and the full game. Help!  ME3 is unplayable!

Edit: After uninstalling/reinstalling Origin, ME3 and ME3 Demo started to work! Weird.

The only thing I had done between working/not working of Origin/ME3 was to defrag my HD with Auslogics Disk Defrag. A defrag shouldn't mess up with Origin I hope..... We'll see at next defrag.
