Does the length of head matter? Is a helmet that much bigger than a head? But if so then Garrus with his long fringe, Wrex and Mordin would be made. How about a Tali, then you can take her helmet off and see a stock photo! (I kid, I kid)

@Kem1995 I could say the same thing about Sheploo, as I don't care about him (nor Liara). They are just popular. Garrus and Wrex are pretty popular too, I guess Bioware thinks Sheploo and Liara are more "relatable" because they have human features.

And these look kinda funny XD Nice, but funny Maybe could look better if more stylized, like with small round simplified cartoon eyes.

I don't want anything with Sheploo but I know others do.

Yeah, I don't like Liara at all, but she is pretty popular. I don't see why they would do default commander Shepard. Allot of people customize him and/or play as FemShep. But hopefully it's Garrus, Wrex, Legion, Mordin, or somebody I actually like because as of now I don't want either of these.

Good to hear they're starting to ship them out. I bundled mine with the N7 shoes so I'll hopefully get them both by the end of the month.

Well this stinks. I got the Liara and the Shepard drives. The Shepard one has the multiplayer card in it - the Liara one doesn't. >.<

Multiplayer card? Is that all it had? I just got mine today and I haven't noticed any new multiplayer item. Although I'm not sure if I just received credits from it after I redeemed the code.

Same problem here. 

not only that but the code isn't compatible with xbox live and I haven't received a thing.  What's up with that?

The code isn't an Xbox Live code. You input it on your BSN account by going to My Games > Redeem Promo code. Then your ME3 game will recognize it and show an optional pack to download because of it.

If your Liara card doesn't have a code that sucks, I'd contact support about it and they might be able to give you one.

Mine didn't have a code, but the support people were pretty good to get back with me and send me a code. (You might want to make sure and have your order #/packing slip handy, just in case they ask.) Drop the help desk people a line, they've been a lot of help to me.

Thanks!  The first thing I did was come on BSN, enter it, and still haven't seen any optional packs via the game on 360 in the store. 

Already have a ticket into the store re: Liara not having one.  Maybe I'll bring up the lack of pack in multiplayer after the liara issue is resolved.

I created a ticket with Bioware support on Friday, 11/9 at 10:26am explaining the problem, and on Monday, 11/12 at 3:30pm Stephanie from Bioware Store Support sent me a new code that works perfectly. 

Big Props to Bioware Store Support!!  This is the second issue I've had with their products that they have taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Scratch that last comment about the support staff being able to help with this. I got a code, but it never gave me anything. After half a dozen emails with the bioware store support, and opening a ticket with EA, I got told today that there's nothing they can do. The code shows it was redeemed, but after that, they tell me they have no way to pull any information about what happens after that.

They seemed eager to help, but didn't actually help me any. Much the same way when I ordered my collector's editon. I got one N7 Collector's Edition without having to pay for it because their pre-order system has a pretty fatal flaw, and none of their representatives could do anything to help me when I tried to pay for it. When I tried to explain to them what happened, it just confused them, and after a while, my card company just wrote it off and told me not to bother with it any more.

I have the same problem, code tha came with my Shepard drive was redeemed fine (and shows on my registered products) but I have received any DLC.

I contacted Bioware Support, and also got a reply saying they couldn't help me.

Anyone got any ideas?

Yeah, got the Liara flash drive, and it's registered and all, but my computer apparently likes to format new flash drives, so the digital content that was supposed to be on there got wiped (if indeed it was ever on there).

Contacted store support, they gave me a code, it's showing up on my registered products, but I don't think it helped. It'd be nice to be able to recover what was on there...
