I'm not searching for more regular teammates, so there will be no such thing as friend requests on XBL. You're in the team for one purpose and that is to complete the operation. Join the team, get the extraction and then leave the lobby so another player can join and do the same thing. Quick and painless
I also encourage other good gold players out there to post their GT in this thread and act as a mentor during this weekend. Players who are not used to gold will have a very hard time to play against Reapers on gold, so please boys and girls, lend out a helping hand to those who now feel intimidated by this operation and help them through it so that they can then go back and play the difficulty that they enjoy the most.
