Could you post some system specs? GPU, CPU, RAM, etc.

Gr1msleeper, unless you have already. This is also something you should report to EA via their tech support.
ntdll.dll contains all the Windows Kernel functions and is therefore critical. It is usually bad news when you start getting faults with it. I had problems a while ago and it turned out I had picked up a Trojan virus but this isn't always the case. A bad installer can equally cause problems. Any hardware/software that you have recently installed may be at fault.
Also is it something that occurs only when playing ME3? Any other games or apps where it happens. As Fredvdp asks, give us your system spec as well.
Look in your event logs and see if there is anything occuring at the same time. Another thing to do is launch resmon before you launch the game (type resmon into start menu at bottom under Programs). This can let you see if any other processes etc running that you aren't aware of.
Let us know how you get on.
