This has happened to me twice. I'm out two premium spectre packs bought with Bioware points(real money). I contacted EA twice the second time they told me to come here and that they were working with Bioware on a solution. I just want an update. I know it's not a lot of money, but I still would like my packs.
Losing connection to server when purchasing packs.

When this happens to me, I close ME3 and Origin and restart them. Now when I check my Weapons and Equipment I see that the stuff from the pack has been added.
Bought Premium Spectre Pack earlier this evening, lost connection and when I restarted, I got the Javelin Sniper Rifle.
