Honestly, if they're going to have an 'actual story coop mode' it will require a game designed from the ground up for it.

The "roll to reply" system actually works fairly okay in The Old Republic, and was one of the better parts of the game I thought.

But as it stands, adding something like that now just isn't feasible without a lengthy amount of work.

Reason 1: Lore does not matter in MP.

Reason 2: DO NOT talk about Fight Club.

I mean it works with the old republic mmo because it is designed for a mmo it won't really work on a rpg that evolves around one character while multiplayer focus on the random n7 forces

Really good?

Seriously. Do you think the Extended Cut was done overnight? Something like that--even just doing cutscenes!--would put the SP team months behind on their original plans.

The fact that the MP content has been coming so fast is nothing short of astonishing.

Well they do have separate teams that do singleplayer and multiplayer though a huge mp dlc could span maybe a month or two instead of small short burst every 2 or 3 weeks

I wasn't talking about the EC

both teams were lazy in parts on ME3, I don't hate them for it, I'm disappointed really

They could probably work on another mode to multiplayer or a huge multiplayer content update with new factions or a new mode to enhance the multiplayer instead of a few maps or few new characters wether they eventually will or not I can only hope

yea the MP has much potential but it won't survive with just Horde mode and new classes

Well, who says Cerberus Phantoms were first? Perhaps Cerberus copied the Alliance N7 forces.
