I'll thank them for everything prior to ME3's ending yeah, but I'll forgive them when they release the rest of their "artistic integrity" and give us the ending(s) this series deserves.

Let the disappointment continue then, you won't be getting anything.

And if thats the case I will never buy a Bioware game new again, simple as that.

You might as well not use Artistic Integrity as an insult, they never used it.

I wasnt using it as an insult, I'm actually on Bioware's side when they call their ending artistic....Not alot of ppl like it at all, but it still is!

Why they didnt unleash the rest of that artistry like in the first two games and only did selective listening(to the fans) when fixing the problem is why I no longer support them. That and EA, the grand tumor of game companies.

That's am amazngly detailed and lore-rich universe you have there. That's a nice and complex tree of decisions spanning throughout three games you have there. That's some incredible writing and a deep set of characters you have there. I would be happy about it, but there was this particiular ten minutes I didn't like. You guys suck and should just quit life.

A Bioware apologist, how quaint. So pre-ordering a game based upon the prior two games and the pre-game information, which turned out to be falsehood, only to recieve a game that's buggy with derpy cutscene animation, insertion of a non-entity game reviewer (because artistic integrity meant SO much), a blatantly bad photochop job of an important NPC, a broken journal system, missions that require you to trot around and hopefully run across them in conversation, war assets that meant diddly squat, on top of every thing from Priority: Earth forward deserves a huge thank you?

You honestly expect me to pull a Kevin Bacon from Animal House and beg for "Please, sir, may I have another?".

I wouldn't be so hostile if they had actually answered the hard questions that alot of people of this community were asking. Yet they either pointed toward their 75 perfect scores, spouting nonsense of 'artistic integrity', or, more damning than anything else, they yet remain silent over the hard questions over why certain aspects of this game were so blatantly ate the hell up. I might as well be speaking to a wall for all I know, and it pisses me off.

It's EA's fault for buying them out and rushing them. Because of one game that you didn't enjoy, you're not even going to thank them for the other two games? Talk about ungrateful.

I thanked them with my wallet via buying the games, all the DLC I could gobble up, thoroughly enjoying it all, having full faith in them and pre-ordering a N7 CE ME3, talking about this game with friends and trying to share the experience, and never having a reason to post in this forum.

How dare some of us in this topic not love bioware that much How dare we point out their BS and hate the EC for doing nothing for us and I love how y'all call us haters and hate on us.

First, they release an amazing game in ME3.

Then, they continue with a ton of post-launch support for the community.

All the free MP DLC and gave us the awesome EC.

SP DLC on the way(can't wait, paid or free).

They even listended to the community and gave us the new EC soundtracks free!

Thank you so much Bioware for continuing to be my favorite dev. I wish more devs in the industry would be so involved with their community...=]

Thank you Bioware for all your hard work and passion you put into your games!!!

Yes, I agree.

Thank you, Bioware.

IMO I dont know of any other dev.. that gives away that much DLC, soundtracks, listened to the fans and released EC ending, I give em a big thumbs up. All the negative post in this thread? Your on this site aren't you? You probably still playing MP. You cant tell me you aren't going to play "Earth"DLC. You cant tell me your not going to play the SP DLC. So stop hating and just admit you love ME3 and BW...Jeez!

I'm still on this site.  I have never played MP will never play MP and will not download anything involved in MP.  I will tell you that. :)  I will not play earth DLC.  I have no interest in it.

The EC makes the endings bearable.   The EC does not make make me want to replay it constantly the way I did ME1 and 2.  As someone else said the EC was a band-aid.  They needed a limb replacement.

Yes I do thank them for ME1 and 2.  The music is wonderful.  ME3 with the EC was playable, but it could have been so much better, and they are capable of so much more.

I really wished they pulled another ME2 with this game. ME3 fell really short imo, but thank you anyways because it definitely did have its great moments and memorable sequences :)

Aye. Thank you Bioware for the ME series. I'm playing only my second but final playthrough of 3 but will probably stop 30 seconds before I end the game. The story of MY Shepard was so engrossing, such a thrilling journey for those few years. But the knife in my back, MY Shepard's back, in the final moments is just intollerable. Coupled with the fact that communication with BW/EA in both SP and MP is necessary but they keep making it more and more difficult (I have to restart SP at least once per hour these days... and MP is just plain outa the question...), well, I know when a relationship must come to an end. But thanks for the memories, BW.

Why cant they just release a "Indoctrination Extended Cut" to give the VAST majority of anti-ingame-ending people what we want and be able to please everyone?

Huge thank you to the dev team for a lot of extra work they didn't have to do. One of the best efforts to please their fans I've seen from a developer in years.

To answer the title question: Not from me.

The EC was damage control; if you have studied marketing with any degree of depth, you'll know that. I am not going to thank a company for releasing a partially finished and underexplained game, and then trying to retain me as a customer because I realized I bought a faulty product that didn't live up to the executive producer's promises. This game was easily worth $30, and (in my opinion) not a cent more. It does not live up to the name BioWare built for itself, and seems to be a sign of things to come from this company.

As customers, we owe nothing to the companies who manufacture (or retail) the things we buy. When we give them our money in exchange for their products, both of us are supposed to be made better off. This company made off with my money, and did not live up to its promises, as such I have a right to be displeased with them. I can't lay it out in any simpler terms; you might be sick of hearing it, but it is a very logical reaction given the situation. Call it what you want, and label me however you like, but that is where things stand for me.
