 Hi everyone,

I tginking of buy Dragon Age 2 (already have origins ultimate) but i have a couple of questions:

- If i buy it on Origis web page (http://store.origin.com/) i will be able to add it ot my origin app right? I aks this because i have a 10€ discount (on a 20€ plus buy) code given to me by Origin, but it only work on the website, not on the app. Also, the game cost 9,99€ on the webstore, but on the app is cost 19.99€ !? STRANGE OR RIP OFF!?
I'm thinkin on buy Dragon Age 2, Mass Effec (first one, never played before) and Mass Effect DLC (the 5€ one), wiht the 10€ discount code everything will cost 15€, very good isn't it?

- About BioWare points (the EA rip-off method), i only want a DA2 dlc, the one that cost 560 points. On Dragon Age 2 DLC page (here on Bioware) i can only buy 800 and 1600 point, but on Mass Effect page (also here on Bioware) i can byu 400, 560, 800, 1200 and 1600. If i buy 560 from Mass Effect "store" will they work with DA2?

Thanks in advance, and sorry for any english mistakes, not my 1st languade and Goolge Translate osn't very good.

Bioware points work with all BW games.

I'd avoid DA2 like the plague though, it isn't good at all.

Dragon Age 2's is a ok game, not a great game, but it something to do if you haven't got any better games.

I wouldn't listen to all the people saying avoid it.

If you really enjoyed origins it's worth playing, especially if its going cheap. I could spend hours telling you whats wrong with it but I have also spend hours playing and enjoying it despite its shortcomings.

Its flawed, but there are far far worse games out there, and if you really got into origins you'll find plenty to enjoy and actually if you go in with your expectations set accordingly you will actually probably be pleasantly surprised.

It's an awful game, considering the standards Bioware established in all of their previous games.

However, take away the name and DA2 is a pretty decent RPG.

Not really. DA2 has severl aspects(from more cinematic action games) that clash with the RPG aspects. As a result you have a game that can't compete well as either an action game or a RPG.

I hated it, but it's your money.

Hope you enjoy it.

The game is at this time relatively inexpensive. So it will not be a big bit in the wallet. I believe Amazon is selling it for $7.64 for the PC/Mac version.

The game is good in my opinion, but as you can see others disagree. But at this price it is really not going to hurt you. You may end up liking it or disliking it.

I would test the demo first before buying it if I were you. Personally I hated it though, but each to their own.

Jesus christ stfu. He wants to play the game.

OP, buying it on Origin will have it saved to your Origin account. And buying BW points works for both the DA games and ME games.

Dragon Age 2 is flawed, and some of it's flaws are egregious - but unless you're a cool cynic who hasn't enjoyed a game since NWN, the flaws aren't enough to ruin the experience. At least not the first time through (but MOST games have mechanisms that get old on subsequent playthroughs).

That said, it's one of my favorite Bioware games. It's got (in my opinion, and similar to most Bioware games) a wonderful cast, with wonderful writing and wonderful characterization. The story, especially act 2, is mostly great.

It's definitely worth playing.

Dragon Age II is a good game on its own.
Dragon Age II is a bad game as a sequel to DAO.

Enjoy it for what it is, not for what it could have been, and you're all set. Be wary though: you will have to deal with wave and wave of enemy forces so even though the companions are great to talk to, you will quickly find the combat boring and time-consuming.

First thought I had was that "you definitely need urgent help and consolidation if you for god knows why want to buy DA2". ;)

DA2 is fun! You should play it for yourself and see whether you like it or not. Also, the DLC stories are really greast. Have fun!
