So i just picked up the game a couple of weeks ago and want to get the staff of parthalan. Cept everytime i try to do the newsletter singup on the Dragon Age 2 website, i put in my info check the bok and hit enter. it then sasy ERROR: newsletter signup currently unavailable. Di i do something wrong?

Sadly, I think the service is just obsolete at this point. I also wanted to pick up the staff a few weeks ago with the same error.
I've seen a few people point out it isn't working and no one has commented beyond speculation of what it may be that prevents you from getting the code any longer due to lack of any official comment, as far as I have seen. Best reasons being a certain number of codes only being available to the more blunt aspect of the promotion simply having ended.

Well, I managed to sign up for the new letter, however, I still haven't recieved my staff. I'm willing to bet Panda is right.
