Did anyone else get a tiny urge, in the back of thier minds, to look into joining their military?

I never had any interest in joining, but playing this game mad me curious. I wanted to know things like: with my credentials, what rank would I be? How long would it take for me to make Shepard's rank?

I still wouldn't want to join, but my disinterest felt less significant after playing this series
I don't even play FPShooters, or military games lol.
(am I being indoctrinated:bandit:?)
