I Waited restarted up mass effect and it still wasent there. Is there anyway I can get the contents of the pack back and get the rifle? Or am I just out of luck?

I wasent sure where to take this, but I bought a Psp pack on xbox and was really excited beacuse I saw the Particle rifle in it. As I exited the screen the host left the game and I stayed in the lobby. After it loaded my credits were gone and I didnt have the particle rifle or the equiptment that was in the pack.
I Waited restarted up mass effect and it still wasent there. Is there anyway I can get the contents of the pack back and get the rifle? Or am I just out of luck?

I just had the same problem, also on Xbox. Bought a Premium Spectre Pack, and got a couple new weapon mods (SMG penetration mod was the only one I remember). Went to apply them immediately, and found that neither was there. My credits are gone, though.
(Unsure if this is relevant, but I logged in and started playing BEFORE the "Mass Effect 3: Earth" title screen appeared. Just quit the game and logged back in, and got the title screen. Mods still unavailable, though.)

Okay, I just got the SMG high velocity barrel again, and it was listed as level II now. So I went and checked. And there it was! But I still only have 6 SMG mods, just like before – now my SMG High Caliber Barrel V has disappeared. I guess the new mod overwrote the old one.
I'm a little bit nervous about overwriting more gear that took me awhile to accumulate, but I want to keep buying packs so I can try out the new classes. Any advice?
EDIT: Nope, I'm an idiot. Didn't realize you couldn't equip High Caliber and High Velocity Barrels simultaneously. And I can't remember the other piece of gear I thought I lost, soooo ... probably just ignore me now. Sorry.
