I meet plenty of low N7 players on silver and gold whom may be little less prepared for the enemies than others.


Sometimes they make me laugh and sometimes they make me frustrating..

but there is one thing they can do to make me instantly love them no matter how they play or what they do.


USING A COBRA MISSILE at least once during the game
(Sorry, Wave 11 does not count)


When I hear a Cobra missile explosion, I check who shot it and remember it.

There are so many players now... who thinks it`s ok to let others handle the game. ..and yes, it is totally OK.


At least for me, however,

Shooting a missle tells me the quality, characteristic, and willingness of the player who shot it.

Maybe they wanted to contribute to the team.

Maybe they saw that it was crucial time to use the missile.

Maybe they just wanted more score...


Whatever the reason was... not being cheap missile hoarder and trying the right thing.. counts.

Counts big time..  even if you missed the shot.


Those who surrounded by 3 geth primes and get killed like dominos..

these people make me hesistate to use my own missile to save them.... and it make me think twice why I am playing this game.


Don`t get me wrong. I like 90% of players I meet on-line..

But I just love those people who use missile for the team so much.

Everytime I see a missile kill.. although stranger, the player is not unnoticed or unappreciated.

On the opposite side, anyone who never used a missile until wave 11 gets a kick after the match.

To be fair, they probably deserve it.

I use all 5 of my missiles if it means carrying a team to 75k credits.

I see us on a Wave 10 hack in a corner with 2 banshees 2 ravagers, and a brute bearing down I'm saying "**** this ****... it's rocket time."  ... aims at ground just in front of banshees for max splatter damage.

That`s the spirit ! Everybody need to feel like that if playing this game with their heart.

I`ve had many experience... when I had to use all my 5 missiles yet fail the uploading mission though.
Funniest thing is... I was still the last man standing who just didn`t have enough time...

It doesn't matter if they're low N7 or not - using the missiles when appropriate is always a good sign.

I love that one person who missiles all the spawns during wave nine and its done before I even have time to get to the ammo box.

I rarely need to use missiles, you see. Yes, I am low leveled, but when I play MP, I try and use my weapons and powers before I grab the Missile launcher. That being said, I have been known to pull it out when that atlas is right there, over an incapped player

I don`t hate people for not using missile, otherwise I will be hating myself the most. If player right missiles are rare required anyway. But being a leecher AND not using missile when he is facing obviously overwhelming enemy force and sudden death?! Now I hate that! Saving is easy... but that 10~30 seconds spent to save a friend can jeopardize the whole team and game.

I use it on targets wave 10 usually, and anytime wave 10 objective of any kind is going south.

I used a missile to save someone being insta kill by a banshee, he returned the favor during the later waves so I guess some randoms do try and appreciate your contribution.

Just keep in mind, some people may not be hoarding as much as they just don;t have them available. I can only bring 2 missiles into a match still because the store hates me. So I tend to save them for when I really need them. Which usually doesn't mean when I'm about to die, because I have more medi-gell than missles.

I try to save my 2 shots for assassination objectives, hack circles, or critical revives if I can.

People are just saving them until its needed but when does that time come?
Unfortunately once your in the thick of it  that's when you cry rocket!
With the slow animation of taking out your rocket & waiting for the rocket to shoot means you end up going down. Would also help to atleast have full health & shield when using medi gel so you get the chance to shoot out the rocket. However as its a team game, someone else should realise and shoot.

I use them when necessary, and there are games where there is no need.

I will use them when someone is about to get synch killed.
I will use one to defend a swarmed area of interest during an objective wave.
I will use one when the team is about to wipe.

I almost always forget missiles are there. One thing that still bothers me is when people rocket a lone atlas. Or when I rocket and miss. I suck with those damned things.

Missiles have their use. I used to use them very liberally, but I am sad to say not having them for the longest time has made me far more conservative regarding their use. However, I often use them to clear pathways to fallen comrades.

haha I've used a missle to clear out one hunter on gold just to make sure I don't die while activating a beacon. The black widow at close range is useless... but 75K isn't.

My N7 is 204 is that low. I use level 2o drell adept and use all of my cobras have 3 max. Beat gold plenty of times. Use use all my medi gel just to use a cobra to kill like 10 geth pyros primes. Just so they won't get to my team mates who are trying to do those upload one of the 4 things.

Plus what is the best way to get gear. I buy the spectre packs and still no luck. want that grenade mod.

My missile is ALWAYS primed for launch. It makes me a good PLAY-ER, OH YEAH!
