Hi, I tried downloading the extended cut DLC and the couple MP DLCs the other day and running the game. Things worked through a couple waves in MP for me, but then the game would freeze.
Since then, I've tried playing MP a few times and SP as well. And each time the same thing. At a certain point after starting the game, both in SP and MP, the voices would cut out. The subtitles would continue and the ambient sound as well, but the voices gone. Then a couple seconds later, the game would freeze, both in MP and SP. I'm playing the Digital Deluxe download off of Origin, with Windows XP, SP 3, an nVidia 9800, and an onboard sound card (not sure which).
ANy help would be appreciated as my game is sadly unplayable now.

I have a similar problem and still have not been able to fix it. My issue is a little more isolated (it happens only when I got to a specific place), but the symptoms are the same: voices are silenced but everything else works fine, but once the menus are access or a few seconds pass, the game freezes.
What are your hardware and OS settings?

I have it everytime on Earth. At the point where you first jump down the wall and encounter Cannibals/Marauders.
It isn't my system as I was playing on a Windows 7 64-bit machine with a SB-XiFi Fatal1ty card and I recently upgraded. Still on Win 7 64-bit but ASROCK mobo with built in Gameblaster setup (which is superb btw). So two totally different systems with the same bug. Once I get past here the sound is fine again.
The rest of the game SP/MP is fine, no issues at all. Did you try taking ME3 and Origin off your system, then reinstalling. It is possible that even though the DLC's downloaded and installed ok, they are in fact slightly corrupt. I had some issues with mine. First day EC launched and took an age to download. Tried to play, wouldn't load or anything. Took it all off let the EC download (at normal speed) and fine again. Worth a shot anyway.
